This should be a business school case study for how not to handle a merger. I had a credit card with a small balance that I didn’t even know about because they lost my address and didn’t contact me or send me a bill. I only found out through seeing my credit score drop.They didn’t fix my score when asked. When given clear instructions on how I wanted my account handled, they couldn’t do it. Don’t bank here, unless you’re looking for gross incompetence.

My bank is Lakeridge Bank 5515 Monona Drive in Monona WI. My Personal Banker Zach Wienke is the best Personal Banker I have ever had! I highly recommend him.

The conversion of the beloved Monona State Bank to Lake Ridge Bank (they merged with another bank) did not go smoothly at all and things are just getting worse. The conversion did NOT go well - they were obviously unprepared. That is one thing BUT the fact that they would even think that not converting or being able to provide Online Banking history is unbelievable. This was a business decision they made and they cannot provide any history at all - not even on paper. The best they could do is give me paper bank statements! That only shows amounts and not who the payments went to which is what I need to do my taxes. This will cost me DAYS of extra work to do my taxes. (had to file an extension) That this could even be considered acceptable says a lot about how they think. Obviously they do NOT care about their customers! Since the conversion there have been other issues. And now I get a letter in the mail (well two letters, one for each loan) that sounds like they may be positioning themselves to sell the loans. (Fanny Mae loans). I specifically got my loans at MSB because they are serviced locally. Not happy. I have already started looking for a different bank. I do not TRUST this bank, they make decisions that shows they do not care about their customers.

Monona bank merged with this bank and the transition was very poorly handled. I have a mortgage account with them where clearly important closing documents were nonsensically sent to the address of the house we no longer own after I specially called to make different arrangements. There is clear miscommunication between departments within this bank.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences. App doesn't work half the time and can't use my card since they switched over to a new bank. I have a business account here and a personal. Won't much longer.

Shutting down online services while you engorge yourself by no longer being a local bank is pretty disgusting.

I had to come in to get my fathers account out in my name after his passing and Maria took very great care of me for the whole process. Super helpful and kind to me and my 1 yo daughter. She even helped w my daughter when I was signing stuff. She made everything very easy and I will be coming back to bank w her!

Beware - either 1) is really slow to pay out a new member bonus or 2) will do everything in their power to not pay. The team that creates the promotions and the team that implements are clearly at odds since they team that is supposed to give the credits takes it personally if they have to pay out.

This place is terrible. The app doesn’t work. They need all of our transaction to be by paper check due to the lack of technology. The website is worthless and the staff is clueless. I want away from this place.

Great service and friendly staff. I love the app. It is easy to navigate and if I have any questions, the staff has the knowledge to get me the answer. The staff knows you when you walk in the doors and greets you by name. Keep up the great service.

Highly Recommend! Amazing staff ??Just opened up a new account here. Everyone seems pleasant and were having a good day at work. Though I'm sure it's hectic with another branch shut down temporarily (covid-19) nearby, they were very helpful. I hope the next person's experience is as smooth and enjoyable as mine. I have been with Monona Bank (Middleton Community Bank) for nine years. They started with a fantastic commercial mortgage rate and time frame, making it possible for my business to pay off the mortgage before it matured so it would not have to be renewed. Thank you! I also moved my 40 year old business account to them and have been treated fantastic. Rich my business banker is spot on with my business and feelings. I want to thank all the staff from on line banking to the lobby.....you do a very professional friendly customer service.
