“I plan to use Tom James and particularly Sarina Brion for all of my good clothing purchases in the future. Sarina was extraordinarily helpful in helping me clean out my closet of clothes that don’t work (her favorite comment: “would you wear that on a date??”) and in selecting my clothes for life. “I placed an order for brush pads late Saturday and paid for two-day shipping. On Monday (yesterday) I emailed to let them know I forgot to note what color pads I wanted, received a response right away. To my surprise, they arrived in the mail today with a very nice handwritten note from Steve himself. I've been in the store a few times and ordered items online. Steve and Co are always extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and ready to help with any questions. If you can't find it at Steve's, then it doesn't exist. Thank you Steve, you're the best!”

“My experience here was delightful. The staff were talkative without unintentionally overwhelming shoppers, and the displays were gorgeous. As someone who used to live in Colorado, and enjoys a nature or mountain feel, this place was the perfect amount of cozy. The lighting was mellow, and the space itself was cozy without feeling claustrophobic. I would give 5 stars, however I personally felt the prices were a bit above what I was looking for. I'm confident that the quality of the clothing is worth higher end, however it felt just a smidge above what I expected. Overall, definitely make a note to visit if you're in the area, this place is fantastic”
“This is a HUGE shout out to Janel! This was my first ever experience buying jeans in The Buckle. Janel saw that I was looking around, trying to find the jeans for us gals with a little more junk in the trunk.You see, I have a friend who told me Buckle Black Jeans = No back gap. (If you know you know).Anyway... I was in a bit of a hurry, and Janel loaded me up with a few options: Buckle Black and The Gabby.Holy Moses & Mother of Pearl. These jeans! “Google asked me how my visit was...and I really had to think about it. When I walked into the East Town Mall Hot Topic....it felt more like a Lukewarm Conversation. Gone were the mall goth employees and black spiderweb windows that would drive fear into Suburban soccer mom's hearts. No longer were there aisles of CDs, records, or headphones to listen to HIM's newest music. Instead, racks of Spongebob and Naruto merchandise lined the middle tables, toys from all kinds of nostalgic 90's movies, and novelty t-shirts that seem more like "tepid topics" than anything current. I walked in very specifically because I had a gift exchange where the person wanted Nightmare Before Christmas merchandise...which is at the store in droves. Did I buy something? Sure did. Would I do it again? Tough to say... I can't think with the 13-year-old inside of me screaming that Hot Topic has become what it most feared -a poser.”

Always a superb in-store music selection and a great vibe. Been coming to the store for years and I always stop by when I’m in town. Since I come every few months, they always have a new selection of clothes and they never miss ??”
“Appreciate Abbi and Lalo , I been looking for this hoodie for years and they took the time to help me. I described this hoodie as the assassin creed hoodie and she knew exactly what I was talking about, apparently Zumiez doesn't carry the brand anymore but they still found it for me”

“The East Springs Drive Old Navy store in Madison, WI, is a very organized, neat & well-stocked store. There is an employee there, Mary (I believe,) who always has the answer when I've asked her a question. I'm impressed with her knowledge & readiness with an answer. Plus, she has a smile & looks to be a hard worker.I had an error with an over-ring on an item purchased a few weeks ago but getting it re-rung & corrected was easy & painless.Old Navy is my go-to store for great prices on in-fashion jeans & seasonal wear for myself & gifts. Love all the Old Navy brand stores; The Gap, Banana Republic, etc.”
“I just recently visited this store and it was a great experience! Leah helped me out a lot, explained the sizing to me and the discounts available when i went. “Was always a fantastic experience when I went to rue21. Although it is always a joy to go there, the clothes are extremely expensive and you have to ask a staff member to unlock a dressing room for you. It is quite hard to ask a staff member to unlock something for you when you feel that you're annoying them and keeping them from their job. Anyways, I have put those perfume rollers on my lips before and was not a tasty experience.”
“They went ABOVE AND BEYOND with my return and request. Holly, the manager, was AMAZING to work with. Welcoming atmosphere and extremely accommodating. Fixed a repeat issue and were very friendly. Can't recommend this store enough, thanks again to the management and staff!”

“These is one of the best Macy’s I have visited in the US and lucky enough I live like a mile from it . The store is a happy place to buy anything you may need . The quality of the merchandise it is excellent . And even better the price . You will find every single day something of great quality or unique on sale . The customer service is excellent too ! Although they are under staff . Need to hire a few more CS people. If you come to Madison or live near by , you have to come to this Macy’s ! Strongly recommended this one !”

“I'm not usually one to shop at Kohls, but we were on a mission to try and find 100% cotton sheet sets ( not easily found for lower class commoners j/k). My husband and I have been searching for a good set for a long time, after a little research we discovered that Kohl's actually carries well made 100% cotton bedding! So, stepping into this store for the first time was a lil daunting, I've always heard it was fancy. Not only was it sort of fancy, but I didn't go broke purchasing a new sheet set! I was so surprised at how affordable it was, that we were even able to get a whole other set! The store was very clean, the employees were friendly and helpful and I loved the way they had some things displayed for the holidays! I will definitely be coming back here again!”
