From apprenticing under national Redken artists to having her own chair rental 12 years later and few salons in between, Mal has observed +'s & -'s in our field from all aspects. Driven by changing those -'s into a +, she's created #MMCstyle Salon, where ALL guests are truly VERY IMPORTANT PEOPLE. A home where stylists of all levels are rewarded with great education, amazing earnings inside an exciting salon their clients love & can easily book an appt.
