Got a hitch installed for my 2019 Honda CR-V. Everything about my experience was great. They offered me the lowest price in the Madison area, and installed a hitch that was higher quality than other places. They even cut the trim pieces so the hitch bar doesn't show under the car. Excellent job, looks great, and couldn't ask for anything more. I work remotely and they had a desk in the waiting area I used while waiting for the install. To schedule my appointment I emailed them and they were very responsive.

Had a hitch installed and right after giving me the car back the automatic trunk door wouldn't open, had to pull it manually to open but the latch was misaligned and wouldn't close back. I pointed it out while I was still outside the building and they were implying that I was trying to blame previous damage (one completely unrelated scratch) on them and that it probably wasn't working before, my automatic trunk door was working perfectly the day before so I don't appreciate them trying to blame me for their work.I called the morning after to speak with the manager and they again implied that it was damage done before they worked on the car. I pointed out that the hitch is pushing my car's rear jack point and they dismissed my point.They gave me a new date to bring the car and try to solve the problem, meanwhile I can't use my trunk for five days.Edit:Went back yesterday and they were even more dismissive and aggressively defensive, the person working on my car brought us to the garage to show us the damage, we already know the damage they did, then told us that he could prove that the trunk was faulty before by connecting their computer to the car but he would charge us $200 for it, since I'm not paying them anything more we took our car back and drove directly to the dealership so they can make a damage estimate.I went here based on the great reviews I've read both here and reddit comments, I regret it.Avoid them! They will not accept their responsibility if anything goes slightly wrong.

They installed a trailer hitch and wiring on my new '24 Chevy Equinox. Excellent installation and staff. Their price was reasonable and quite a lot under the dealer quote. I have used them several times over the years and everything has always been excellent.

Wow! Amazing service provided by this company. I had trouble with the lights on my trailer. Madison Spring installed a hitch on my Mazda 3 hatchback for a bike rack. Super helpful and friendly staff got the part quickly ordered and installed within days. Would definitely work with them again.

Very professional and speedy service. They installed the hitch on my Prius in just over an hour while I got work done in their waiting room which had wifi, a desk, a TV, and free coffee! These guys are local, and way more experienced installers compared to 'big box' providers of hitches like UHaul. I wouldn't go any place else for a hitch install!

I work for Zimbrick and we use them for aftermarket tow hitch installation and they are great! Always done on time and done well. I have personally taken at least a dozen vehicles in to them to add a tow hitch and happy everytime!
