Waited in line forever for the one associate working on returns and/or purchases. Did self check out and needed paper for receipt and no one to help. Shopped for shoes and it was a mess, couldn't find anything I needed and no one to help again. This is for Kohls East (I have had good luck at Kohls South.)

Don't let the associates put your clothes in the bag unless you want them totally wrinkled. Why would they let idiots who can't fold clothes check us out and bag our merchandise?
