Very honest and reasonably priced. My mother has dealt with them for years to inspect her wedding ring. They found some warped posts holding her large diamond and repaired it w/o any issues. The jeweler himself worked for Condons jewelers for years before opening this location. The jeweler could tell by the diamond her ring was from Condons just by the cut and clarity. The only downside is the parking which isn't their fault. Would go there for a wedding ring, very reasonable vs the big stores

Dennis and Cindy are awesome to work with. I had some ideas for a ring and she happen to have one very similar and I bought it on the spot. Cindy was also able to clean up my wifes square head nail ring. Highly recommend this place

A few years ago, I brought my engagement ring here to be resized. It was a vintage 1920s ring and I was warned by the staff here that the prongs holding the diamond were a little worn and might need to be replaced at some point as there was a danger of the diamond falling out. Eventually, that is what happened and thankfully I found the diamond. So I brought it to Custom Creations to get the diamond re-set into the ring. After I dropped it off, I received a phone call from them stating I had two options: replace the prongs for one price, or for almost double the price, do a new setting on the top of the ring as the old one was pretty worn out. I asked a lot of questions like, how would each option affect the look of the ring? Was one a more secure option than the other? Would one option last longer than the other? After hearing that the prong replacement would be just as secure and long-lasting as the new setting, while keeping the look of the ring intact, that's what I opted for. Why spend double the money to change the look of a ring I loved when it wasn't going to make it more secure?A few weeks later, when I went to pick up the ring, the staff member I spoke with told me that the jeweler had realized upon working on the ring that new prongs wouldn't work, so he opted to do a new setting on the top of the ring with a beveled edge. From my first glance, it looked okay, although when I tried to hold it closer, the staff member didn't release the ring from her grasp, so it was a little awkward. I still was only asked to pay the cost of the prong replacement. I got home and took a closer look and realized just how much it changed the look of the top of my ring. It's still a beautiful ring, but it does look different. The thing that bothers me, though, was that I wasn't consulted. It would've been far better for them to have called me and said "we tried the prong replacement, it isn't working, here's what we recommend. Is that okay?" They didn't. Instead, they proceeded with modifying a vintage ring in a way I didn't give permission for. I don't hate it, I just don't think this was the right approach and if I'd been included in the decision about what to do with *MY* ring, I might've gone in another direction. So, I sent an email via the website to try to discuss this because I don't think this was the right way to go about things. And it's been 10 days, and no one has responded or acknowledged my email. I figured I would write this review so people would be aware of how things are handled at Custom Creations. Yes, the work seems good. But be prepared for the possibility that they might make a decision about your jewelry without consulting you.

Looked on their website, the links on their pages were not working. Went to their shop on Monday cause their homepage said they where open, sign in the window said they are now closed on Mondays. Maybe update your website. Went back the next day on Tuesday. Found one in the sales case I liked only to be told that The ring wasn’t for sale?? What? Is this the only jeweler that doesn’t sell the jewelry in their glass case they have on display to sell, why even have it in the same display that you sell jewelry from. Also Lady that was there was no help at all, I asked to look at the ring in the sales case and she said, oh, that’s his personal ring and not for sale?!? Ok, Good thing I didn’t have $7000 in my pocket for the Atocha ring, oh wait I did. I’ll find something in Key West instead From one in Mel’s Fishers Galleries. I tried to keep the money local, but whatever.....
