I went in to order a few sandwiches for my husband and myself a little under an hour before close. There were a few other people waiting for their food as well. The wait was a little bit longer than normal but the customer service certainly made up for it. Shana the manager was so friendly, and was able to professionally explain some staffing issues and being out of a few items. I really hope this cousins can remain open. It is a staple in the neighborhood and seems to be put on the back burner while new locations open and others are remodeled.

Don't bother ordering to go orders at anytime, they will wait until you get there to start making the order with zero explanation or apology. Staff will also be rude.

TLDR: hair in the food, uncaring management, not worth your time or moneyWe had a catering order from Cousins for a staff meeting, and one of my coworkers found a hair in her cookie. A huge amount of hair. We have been trying to get in contact with the Cousins staff for WEEKS now trying to get this situation addressed, and have received no response from anyone at the store or management. This is the first time I've felt the need to actually take the time out of my day to write a negative review of a business, that's how frustrating this experience has been. The sandwiches were sooo sub par on top of all that (like I could've bought a premade sandwich at the grocery store for cheaper and it would've tasted the same). All this to say, don't go here.

Mixed experience. Ordered 2 sandwiches with a coupon. Got home and the BLT had no tomato on it. Took a pic. Ate it anyway but stopped back there and reported the problem. The manager was nice enough to offer me a free sandwich. So they made a mistake, but made up for it. Credit for that.

My experience there was okay. I would say it was no fault of the employee's working, they were doing an excellent job in spite of being short staffed. With this in mind, I ordered the Gyro sub and found the tzatziki sauce to be lacking in flavor. I'd still rather go here than Subway though.

Waited 25 minutes after the initial 18 minutes for my 2-sub online order. They had not even started it when I arrived. They also had walk-in order subs completed before mine. The staff is the slowest I've ever experienced. And they were rude. I will never come here again. They need a serious re-management.
