Smaller clinic so very personal. Very relaxed. My new rescue dog liked all the staff immediately which to me is most important. Technically competent and empathetic. Nice place. Go there

Was able to schedule a visit for our cat on a short notice and are always very friendly and helpful.

We were traveling from out of town and one of our dogs got sick. Citywide was able to get us in quickly and helped out. Kind and caring Vet!

My cat has been having health issues for years but each vet I've taken her to in the past would maybe do a few tests, tell me nothing is wrong, and then send me on my way. Citywide pet clinic was the first vet out of many who seemed to take my concerns seriously and do tests that clinics in the past never offered. They found an issue and started her on medication that has greatly improved her quality of life. She is no longer suffering and neither am I.

First time visit as we are going to be taking care of my late sisters 2 cats. She has used them for some time and we were very impressed with the entire staff. My sister had been I’ll and the cats had been not able to be taken to the vet. One of them had a few issues and the doctor explained everything to us and made sure we understood the care needed. If they were staying in WI I would definitely keep going to them, but we are heading to CT. Thank you so very much!

They have been extremely helpful in treating our animals. They helped my elderly cat Jasper be able to move and jump without pain. They are very kind and understanding, and always seem to be able to get my animals in as soon as possible when it’s a more urgent matter.

I've been taking my babies here for a while. Maybe two or three years. And I really love everyone we've met. I had to bring my dog and cat in for appointments at the same time, and they had two rooms for us. One to have the dog in, and one for the cat. Thank god. It was a wellness checkup for the kitty, Emmy. I was having concerns bout her weight, and how to manage it with another chonky cat at home. Both the vet tech and the veterinarian gave me solid advice I've been using since the appointment and we've found something that's been working. I know my fiancé had brought our dog, Bowie, in for an earlier appointment, in or around Jan/Feb. He didn't like how expensive they were, I'll add that in. I haven't ran into any major differences between here and any other vet. They were super great when I was carrying a cat and holding the dog. They helped me get all my stuff ready, get the prescription ready while I got them in the car. It was a very pleasant experience. This is a very nice vet, it's not super fancy. Has a small town feel, but it's located a little closer to Madison.

We've been taking our dog here for the past 5 or so years. Dr. Berkowitz and staff are outstanding. Truly. Caring. Rapid and accurate diagnoses. Smart, tailored treatment and reasonable prices. My only complaint if there is one is that trying to secure an appointment-when the situation is relatively urgent can be challenging. But, with a callback and volunteer to be standby for cancellations the job gets done.

Be careful of the "add ons". Came in for a required vaccination and they wouldn't do it until I bought another service. Finally they said they would give it if I agreed to a "wellness exam"... a three minute exam where they listen to the heart, look at teeth and eyes, and move the dogs legs around for 60$... Feels like I was lured in and scammed. This is an expensive and greedy clinic.
