I deposited a significant amount of cash, but they miscounted it and only credited part of it to my account. When I brought this to their attention, their customer service was unhelpful and slow to resolve the issue. It took multiple visits and several days to get the matter sorted out. This kind of mistake is unacceptable, and their poor handling of the situation left me extremely frustrating and dissatisfied.

This is the worst bank i have ever worked with in my life. I gave them three deposits and they messed up two out of three. They cashed checks more than one time and put the funds into two different accounts. I called the manager back to discuss it and he could not care at all! Don't even think about getting a bank account with Chase. Jamal the manager is terrible.

The Chase bank closest to me is in Middleton, North High Point. I will drive an extra 10 miles round trip to use this chase branch in Monona. All of the staff of this branch actually want to help you and will do the best they can for you. Not true of the one closest to me.

They won't fix the ATM outside. Its been at least six months, what's the hold up? Too busy buying out other banks I guess.

This bank has given me all of the issues. I can’t contact them through phone, and it’s the closest bank to me but it’s still a good 10-15 minutes away. Every time I go the ATMs are down, and I can’t call and ask if they’re working or not because they don’t answer. The website isn’t any help either. Please get better at communicating.

Not a huge fan of this location. It is the closest to my work, so I have to come here once in awhile. For some reason, ever time I come here, the drive up and lobby ATM is down. The most recent time that I came here, woman that I spoke with was Christina and the customer service that I received with her was terrible. Thanks for helping me switch to Summit, Christina.

today i did the mistake to stop at monona branch, trying to get help how to navigate into chase web page and was so difficult to get helped , these persons including the manager don't have the attitude to provide a satisfactory service , they act weird looking and treating me as a non customer, the branch where usually i use most of the times has a very nice attitude and nice service, so after several years working with this bank , am going to cancel my account with this bank and never recommend to nobody work with them , these persons instead of provide me a satisfactory and friendly service I was so afraid with their answers .

I would not ever recommend doing business with this organization. They stated my request would be processed in “a few days” which was in 03/04/22 and then yesterday it was “completed” but they processed it on the wrong property. You can’t ever speak to the people who need to fix the issue. They treat you like a number to make profit on and do not care about the service they provide.

This branch specifically has terrible communication regarding the operating hours of the branch. As I type this, Google maps indicate that it is open. However, there is currently a handwritten sign that says "Closed from 1-5pm on 3/11/22." This follows their multi-month closure last year, which took significant time to be reflected on the Google maps listed operating hours. TMI, but all I need to do is make change and I can't do it because the workers I can see on the other side of the glass door have the place locked up for unknown reasons. Please don't close for no reason, and if Google maps advertises your branch being open, please simply be open. I've had few negative experiences with Chase, and they all seem to stem from this particular branch.
