They caused $390.40 worth of damage to my vehicle. I watched their employee put the car battery on my paint and scratch it. He also installed the battery incorrectly and broke the emission purge valve resulting in $390.40 worth of damage that I had to pay for. I have contacted Steve the store manger several times via both email and phone calls asking for a refund with no follow up. This occurred in November of 2022 and I was told in May of 2023 that Steve would follow up with me. He hasn't. Horrible customer service experience!

Very weird experience all around. Was called and told the key fob for my car was ready, which we specified early on was for the unlocking and locking of my car. Cool! My mom went in to grab it and the woman in there (whoever was scheduled on 10/15) kept insisting my mom can’t stay in the store, mind you she has my keys and it’s cold out. So my mom has to stand in the cold for a 30 minute wait. Whatever though, annoying but not the worst. The 30 minutes pass and the woman says she is unable to get the fob to work but the key works. Our issue was the fob for locking/unlocking, our key does work already. Kept trying to sell my mom the key that isn’t fixed even though we already have a key that works manually and she knew that. My mom ended up just leaving. The whole interaction felt very strange.

Walked in, asked the clerk for what I needed. He took my device, changed the battery and I was good to go! Took less than 15 minutes for the whole transaction.
