Imagine IKEA gets into the lodging business. Not suitable for business, no closet, no chair for relaxing. Nice breakfast options.

Traveled here for business. Clean hotel with all required amenities. Would stay here again. Close to many things, including restaurants in walking distance.
Rooms: Clean, quiet.
Nearby activities: Nice restaurant and cigar lounge to walk to. Outdoor games next door, nice neighborhood.

Excellent, clean, modern hotel next to high-end condos and apartments. There are tons of great food in the area, including coffee bars, bowl restaurants, full-blown American dining with bar, and a wine/cigar lounge.
The rooms are comfortable, and they've eschewed old furniture and scary closets in favor of open storage, which works for the way we travel. But there was still an ironing board and iron if one needed.
Breakfast was 'grab-and-go', but of the highest quality. The gym was super nice, too, including a Smith-like machine. There's a water bottle refill station next to the gym.

Rooms: Rooms were spacious and well kept with decent decor.
Nearby activities: Not much in the immediate area but downtown Madison was close by.
Safety: Safety never felt like an issue.
Walkability: Not much nearby that was walkable.
Food & drinks: Breakfast was OK. No restaurant on site.

This is just a normal hotel, there is nothing special about it. It was very clean and it had breakfast. The breakfast was not anything special, Jimmy Dean premade sandwiches just like you would buy from any grocery store.
Rooms: Rooms were clean but lacked closets or drawers to store clothes in.

We needed an ADA equipped room. Hard to find sometimes. This was perfect! Grab bars in the bathroom and shower. Very clean and new....Thank you!

Absolute phenomenal stay! Extremely clean and modern. Loved that there wasn't carpet in the room. Coffee in lobby was great! Exceptional customer service by all that we encountered. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice hotel, appears to be brand new. Appears to be decorated by Ikea, which was actually a good thing. No drawers or closets, but lots of shelves and cubbies and hooks to hang things on, which works really well for an overnight stay. The room, 2 queen beds, was large enuf to move around in. The area was nice, with a cpl restaurants and a cigar bar at the end of the complex, which I personally viewed as a bonus. The staff allowed us to park our bikes on the concrete pad near the front door, which I always appreciate from a safety standpoint. Even their trendy breakfast was good. Definitely recommend

This was an awesome hotel! Very new, clean, safe, great location. Lots of seating inside the lobby along with charging ports. Plenty of outdoor seating too which was nice. The bed and pillow were super comfy, one of the best sleeps I’ve ever had in a hotel room. There are a couple of neat restaurants on the river, as well as a plaza right next door with a great coffee shop! We walked down to Breakwater and sat outside - really good food and nice outdoor seating overlooking the river. Monona is a cute town and was a great place to stop on our way up north! Would highly recommend this hotel!
