I think Pomps may have the most outstanding service department in Wisconsin. I have worked with Pomps at multiple dealerships over my career now, and no matter who I call on behalf of it seems their service is fantastic. I usually get the same guys on the phone every time and they make the process very easy. Darren and Kevin are excellent to work with. “DiMaggio’s far exceeds any other auto mechanic repair business in the Madison area! They are trustworthy, thorough, and highly skilled. I received a full vehicle condition report of what was okay, what was suggested, and what was required. This thorough report also came with photos so I was 100% confident knowing that a strut was in need of being replaced! Unfortunately, there was a lot more that needed to be done. But rather than suggest I fix it, they had my best interest in mind and told me that I may want to consider buying a different vehicle. That’s not a good way of doing business - that is an AWESOME way of doing business! BEST OF THE BEST! You won’t be disappointed!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
