“Its pretty hard to get a 5 star review these days, but Pomps deserves it. I work with these guys all the time because I am a service supervisor at a local dealership here in Madison. I think Pomps may have the most outstanding service department in Wisconsin. I have worked with Pomps at multiple dealerships over my career now, and no matter who I call on behalf of it seems their service is fantastic. I usually get the same guys on the phone every time and they make the process very easy. Darren and Kevin are excellent to work with. This is not a one time review, but rather a review after calling on this specific Pomps tire for the last 4 years and I couldn't be more pleased. “Got a hitch installed for my 2019 Honda CR-V. Everything about my experience was great. They offered me the lowest price in the Madison area, and installed a hitch that was higher quality than other places. They even cut the trim pieces so the hitch bar doesn't show under the car. Excellent job, looks great, and couldn't ask for anything more. I work remotely and they had a desk in the waiting area I used while waiting for the install. To schedule my appointment I emailed them and they were very responsive.”

“I was driving from Chicago to Minneapolis and was having issues with warning lights that didn't seem to make much sense. I stopped to add some air (as one light seemed to tell me I needed to), but the place I stopped at in Beloit didn't have a gauge to measure the PSI, so I had no idea how much I was adding, so of course, the light came back on shortly after I got back on the road. It was already dark, and I seriously considered turning around and missing the funeral in Minneapolis the next morning.However, I as I was nearing Madison, I decided to pull off the freeway in Madison at a place where there's a Cousin's and a Walgreen's right across from each other as I wanted both, and I saw this place nearby. I pulled in and they were sympathetic to my situation. They got me in immediately and made sure all of my tires were at the proper PSI (and yes, I had overfilled a couple). I was back on the road in no time and made it to Minneapolis without issues. The peace of mind was well worth the $5.00 they charged me. I wish I hadn't just filled up or I would have gotten gas, too.”

“DiMaggio’s far exceeds any other auto mechanic repair business in the Madison area! They are trustworthy, thorough, and highly skilled. I received a full vehicle condition report of what was okay, what was suggested, and what was required. This thorough report also came with photos so I was 100% confident knowing that a strut was in need of being replaced! Unfortunately, there was a lot more that needed to be done. But rather than suggest I fix it, they had my best interest in mind and told me that I may want to consider buying a different vehicle. That’s not a good way of doing business - that is an AWESOME way of doing business! BEST OF THE BEST! You won’t be disappointed!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
