Great place to take your animals. I've been going there for many years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else. Beth and Courtney are wonderful!

I brought my Pyrenees there for separation anxiety, her staff was literally so nice but her?? Nope. Def not a good fit for a vet. My Pyrenees does NOT lick and he went up and sniffed her and she said “ can you get your dog? I’ve dealt with a lot of licking today from dogs and I’m just over it” and what? Lady you are a VET. Maybe you should retire. This was what I thought, my LAST resort and all she told me was he needed behavior training, she gave me Prozac for him. The Prozac ended up being expired and when I called I didn’t get any response back. She could have just given a “ yes it’s safe to give your dog” courtesy call but nope. But I did receive a voicemail asking if I had gotten him into behavior training. I went elsewhere and I’ve gotten what I needed from my current vet. Do yourself a favor and pay the extra and go to a vet that you feel genuinely cares about your pet.

We went here because we heard they had cheap prices. While this is true, we have found that it is worth the extra cost to visit a vet that actually cares. Our cat was sick and she was helpful through that, she explained scientifically what was happening and what our options were. We eventually had to put our cat down. Everyone in the office was so cavalier, talking about their dinner plans in the room with us while our cat was dying yet she did not talk to us about what was going to happen during the actual process.Once it was time to see if he had finally died she walked right up to him and fingered his eye. My mum was a nurse so I understand being in the medical field you eventually become desensitized to some things. However, the complete ignorance she had to our pain is something that will encourage me to advocate that you should not put your pet down here. The staff also truly did not care and started cracking jokes with us the second we walked out of the room.We were told that the paw print we requested would be sent to us. 6 months and 3 frustrating phone calls later they finally agreed to actually send us the paw print (which again, we were told was part of the process for them that they would send to us). While they did exactly what I asked and mailed the paw print, they literally charged us for the postage!I want to clarify that I'm not saying these are not good people, however, bedside manner and customer service is truly worth the extra $50.
