“My husband and I moved to Manitowoc from Oregon back in August 2020. We started house hunting and went to United One to see if we could get pre approved for a home loan. I filled out the application on the website and the next morning Julie from United One Credit Union reached out to me. Julie is wonderful! Julie communicated very well with my husband and I. Our purchase here was a bit complicated because of our home we had pending for sale in Oregon. The process of the sale of our home in Oregon was slow to due our appraisal taking several weeks, and our buyers lender being slow to get us our funds. Which lead to our closing date being extended a few times in Oregon which made our home in Manitowoc have to be extended as well.
