This company was absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond. Matt is an amazing example of exceptional customer service and kept us updated the entire time they had our 26' box truck. I cannot thank Matt and Truck Country enough.

5 years ago we took our class c in to see why it kept bogging down. $1500 later they tell us they replaced a part that we already told them we had replaced. They found no solution. My husband, not a mechanic, dropped the gas tank and found the fuel filter to be filthy and needed to be replaced. Problem solved. But handing over the only $1500 we had to our name having to travel 2,000 miles to see our mother who just had a severe debilitating stroke is considered criminal in my books. Disgustingly dishonest! Yes it took 5 years to post this review but after seeing the same useless guy at a restaurant tonight it just made us sick to our stomachs

This place is a joke... don't take your truck here for repairs unless it's a simple brake job... then you'd overpay for service... took my KW T660 here for warranty work of a head that the previous owner head done which was a shotty job... they replaced radiator and coolant resivor for leaks and did a pressure test on head and said it was fine... get truck back and all the same issues where there... Heat wasn't working correctly cause air pockets oil mixing in with coolant and losing coolant still... I took to regular mechanic and he now tore head off and 5th cylinder is leaking from bad gasket into the coolant port... truck country should of caught this with the rest and the week they had it especially explaining the problems it was having... this place will never get my business again and I advise to not take your truck there for service... find a legit mechanic that won't gouge your wallet
