Got a flat tire around the corner and pulled into T&T because it happened to be nearby. I absolutely did not expect them to make room in the shop to get me up on a lift and then back out in under an hour, but they did. $50 to pull the tire off the rim, check for interior damage, plug the tire, and get me moving again. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend to friends!

Eddie is fantastic. I was out doing errands and suddenly,my car would barely accelerate and the engine light turned on. I drove straight to T&T. I figured I would just drop it off since it almost 6pm. A young mechanic was there when I arrived and let me know that Eddie had stepped away and would be back in a few minutes, which was what happened. They found that an animal had chewed up the insulation that is in the underside of my hood but that wouldn't cause the lack of acceleration. Eddie said he wanted to also look at the air filter and he took it a part and found that yes, whatever was doing the chewing, had chewed the filter too including some of the plastic and all of it had fallen into the turbo engine and the plastic had melted onto the fan blades causing the acceleration problem. Eddie worked on freeing the blades of the debris in a very difficult spot to get at and had already ordered the air filter which was delivered a short while later. When he was done, the car worked! They had also cleaned out the critter's nest Eddie knows cars. Your car is safe with him!

I came to town on 4th of July weekend, and my vehicle started making a strange noise. Despite being busy, they were willing to take a look at my vehicle to let me know if it was safe to drive or not. Awesome customer service.

My plow blew a hose 40 minutes from home. Ed went above and beyond to help me out. He spent a solid 15 minutes on the phone helping me figure out a solution. He told me how to remove the plow without hydraulics, I went over to his shop where he lent me tools to do the fix with the hose he luckily had in stock, and then he checked it over after so I could get home safely. Not sure what I would have done without his help. Thanks Ed!

Such a run down place and so tiny you can barely walk in the front door without it hitting you. The owner is so rude and can’t answer a simple question, I really don’t know how he sells anything to be honest the way he treats his customers and acts like he’s too good to sell his precious plows. I really recommend traveling to your next closest dealer

Stuck with a broken boat trailer on the way home from vacation outside of Minoqua on a Sunday. Eddie was great. Talked me through the options (including the ones I don't work with him). I ended up getting my trailer to his shop and leaving it there a week while parts came in ( he ordered them immediately and was nothing he could do to speed it up). Communication was awesome. I got texts as he investigated issue, ordered parts, parts came in and he tested the fix. His work and clarity made this bad situation not so bad.

My family and I were in the area for vacation. We had a problem with the exhaust on our truck and needed it fixed before our trip home. The staff was very helpful and able to squeeze us in. They had our truck fixed in about an hour for a very reasonable price. Thank you all for the help!
