After a disappointing experience at a different dealership, Marthalers pulled up every vehicle I was interested in and patiently waited for me to inspect and decide. I walked out same day after only a few hours with a car! impressive service and great people.

Two stars because my first visit here was great. However, when I went back to get an oil change after scheduling an appointment, they said they had no one with my name scheduled and that the technician had gone home. I ended up getting a walk in oil change at Quick Lane instead. Would give them another chance but the appointment scheduling is unreliable.

They lie! Had service scheduled,dropped truck off one day before and never heard anything for three days.I called and after 15 plus minutes on hold they couldn't find my truck. Tracy thought I was a "no show". It was parked two spaces from service overhead door up along side the building.For three days they walked past it and not a one of them smart enough to wonder why truck was there.My parts weren't even in! So they said they could get the parts"uptown" at local parts store! What a dealership not using OEM parts! I now wouldn't go there even for a vacuum job! Don't waste your time even talking to these liers.

June 2021 - I traded in my 2015 Cruze for a 2019 Chevy Equinox and had Bryan help me again. Everything went smooth and was another great experience. I had some scratches on the roof and Marthaler went above and beyond and had the scratches repaired and repainted at no cost. This dealership rocks. I will be coming back here every time I have car needs. The staff here are super friendly and are always willing to help you.
