Terrible stay windows broken, checked in for 2 nights the front desk said it could be refunded if we didn’t stay the second night and we left weren’t refunded said we’d get a free night next time. Rat ran across the hall into the house keeping room pool still out of order charged for a 2 beds given one

Room was musty and damp. Mold starting in the bathroom around the shower and paint falling. The pool is out of order even though it's lit up on the sign.

So much for 100% non-smoking rooms!!! Our room smells so bad that my throat is burning and my asthma is kicking in. Gonna be a long 3 days!
Rooms: Very disappointed in air quality in our supposedly smoke-free room. Also found broken outlets and debris (including used plastic fork) behind my nightstand.
