Came in for a simple grill insert replacement. They found that my water pump was loose and were able to replace it under warranty. Jesse in the service department was exceptional. When the water had to be replaced she offered me a loaner truck and then drove my truck to my house 30 miles away to drop my truck off and pick up the loaner. Outstanding customer service. Also a great job by the mechanic finding the loose water pump.

I had to replace two engines in my Equinox and am unable to receive the information I need for the class action lawsuit in which GM agreed to compensate owners for the defective 4 cylinder engine(s). I have spent 90 days with Marthaler and GM making promises and never following through. Marthaler has several unanswered Emails and knows me well from my physical visits to their showroom. Why do they refuse to follow through? Why do they make false promises? My next step is to consult with Parsons Chevrolet?

On the Saturday after Thanksgiving, we were driving back to Chicago when one of those lovely check engine now lights popped up on the dash. We called Marthaler, the closest Chevy dealer on our trip. Despite the fact that the service department was about to close, they said to come on in. They took us right away and promptly went about diagnosing the issue. Although they weren't able to fix it, they were able to assure us that we would make it home to Chicago without worry. At that point they told us "no charge". We were strangers from out of town and treated like valued guests. Great people. From now on, I'll have my "up north" service done at Marthaler. Jessie was great.

Our family had a good experience working with Jared at Sedlak Chevrolet. Everyone took as much time as we needed to answer our questions. We never felt pressured and we were happy with our purchase. We would buy another car from them in the future.
