Horrible service. I show up for my oil change and I can't get it done because some one removed my appointment. This isn't the first time this has happened. Also I've had other work done half way because the special machine is broken.

Eric Pool was excellent and most helpful. He explained the details involved with the service to my vehicle. He called when the car was ready and walked me through the dealership to the payment desk and thanked me for my patronage.
