We came across the rare Inferno Orange Tundra online. We contacted Lenz who said it was sold. The next day Sarah contacted us to say it was still available. Being 8 hours away and not putting anything down they could have sold it to someone more local. But they gladly held it. My wife and I drove into the night to get there early in the morning. We inspected every aspect of the truck looking for any possible issues or flaws. Not a thing! The detail job made the car appear to be NEW even though it was eight years old. A quick test drive and we went to the finance office. Though our credit is decent we were able to get a decent rate. The total purchase time was just over 1.5 hours. Sarah recommended a GREAT local bar with award winning burgers for lunch. We ate and headed back home. Our trip took us over 1000 miles and encompassing Lake Michigan.
I would CERTAINLY recommend Lenz Truck for your next vehicle.

If I could leave no stars I would.
Weeks ago I stopped in looking at trucks.
I walked through the front door and had nobody to talk to.
I had to walk to the first sales office where Sarah was.
She surely saw me standing in the foyer but never greeted me.
I was looking for a truck that can handle my fifth wheel.
I explained i was short for time, but could she get some info together for me with trucks that would fit my need and she could email with some choices.
She took all of my info along with taking pictures of my existing truck for a possible trade in.
She told me she would have a value and some choices for me shortly.
A week later I emailed her asking if she had any info.
I got a response a couple of days later that she would like me to come in again.
I live 40 minutes away and just asked if she could email me with some results and with the value of my truck.
It has now been weeks and no joy.
I will take my business elsewhere.
This is actually the first review I have ever given. I def felt the need to do it.

My old Chev 1500 frame rusted out and the truck broke in half. I found Lenz Truck on line and found a 2020 Chev 1500 with 21k on the odometer and it looked real clean. I left a email on Sunday knowing that they are closed and got a auto reply back within 1/2 hr saying that I would get a call from Jake on Monday. At 8:15am I got the call and asked a bunch of questions. Got to Lenz that morning and talked to Jake and saw the truck and it was as clean as Jake said it was. Answered all my questions and wrapped the deal up in less than 20 min. plus a free hat. Jake was real easy to work with with no pressure on his part. Will recommend Jake to my friends.

Jake was great to work with as was everyone else that helped us. They are very responsive and got the paperwork done quickly so we did not have to wait around all day. And we love our new Bronco!

I went to my bank whom I trust and started a loan application for a truck I had test driven. I called in to see if they could send over a purchase contract. I made it clear I had started an application already. As soon as I got off the phone they pulled my credit without my authorization. I ended up not needing my credit checked and my bank had a lot better of a rate anyway.
These people are dishonest and beat around the bush!!
I ended up spending more and supported a business that was honest. Too bad I can't trust a local dealership.

Absolutely no pressure!!! Told Brad and Charlotte exactly what I wanted in a vehicle and they sent me what they had. Followed up on all my questions, and got direct answers. The 2 hour drive was well worth the customer service. Will definitely be back!

A bunch of liars. Ones that don't answer their phones unless you write them a bad review:)
We were told when we bought the truck last year that it was under warranty, yet when our 2020 truck had a couple issues, it magically wasn't under warranty anymore, 2 weeks later. And now we're having issues again and GM says we've been under warranty, and will continue to be, up to 100k miles. They also withheld my first months payment that they said they were sending in to the lien holder and did not. So now they're refusing to answer my calls again about the warranty situation.
