He is extremely knowledgeable of the cars and issues they have, he won’t ever make you waste money on a repair if it’s unnecessary and is very understand and kind. He studies everything before making a final diagnostic on your vehicle. Very fair pricing, it’s never overpriced and the job is ALWAYS done perfectly. Because of my dad working on my car (2015 Lincoln MKZ) I’ve never had any issues with my car and every time he’s done with it it runs amazingly. He will always make time for anyone’s repairs in order of emergency. Best car shop you could possibly go to in Minocqua and has been open for over 25 years :)”
