“If you’re looking for a body shop, or something as simple as dent removal - this is the place to go. My whole process from estimate to completion of repairs was great. Matt was very through and told me exactly what was going to be done to complete the repairs. While Tina at the front desk was very helpful as well & super nice. Everyone here is great with communication, not to mention their work is outstanding and I’m very happy with how the repairs turned out. “Traveling I 90, and during a gas stop realized my pop up campers’ tire was not in good shape at all! This was at 4:50 on a Friday evening. Called this shop out of a recommendation from a local women at the station and asked if they’d be willing to help change a tire quick. They were more then accommodating! Changed my tire,and had my daughters’ and I back on the road in 20 mins. And they did this at no charge! Huge shout out! Thanks so so much!”

I decided to pull into Total Recon and see if there was anything they could do to help it look better and make an appointment in the future if they could. Jason couldn't have been more helpful, he looked at the vehicle right away. To my surprise, he said he had a little time and could buff out the area and do quick touch up paint on the scratches. It looked so much better, he said if I wanted the dents fixed completely, I could make an appointment and get it taken care of for a reasonable price. Small businesses with great service like this are becoming a thing of the past. Total Recon is the real deal, they will be honest with you and tell you if it's a job they can handle. This is the second time we have used Total Recon. Excellent service and fair price.”

“Great place to purchase an RV. We went to look for a used RV and were met by Dan a salesperson. We looked at the two 5th wheels we saw on the website and were very interested in one of them. Dan talked to Jason the sales manager and they worked out a great price. We ended up doing the credit app online and it was a breeze. Delivery day we met Courtney the finance person that kept us updated through the whole process, she was awesome to work with. After reading other comments this was most likely Bob, he was very friendly, helpful and informative. Although he'd given up the tank sealing a while back he informed me that a hands-on person could clean and acquire a kit to seal it themselves along with couple places to get materials.”

“Called down to see if I could get tires for my vehicle. Had been to local dealership,, couldn't get them put on for a couple of weeks. Other place (Walmart) checked was same way...possibly could have new tires in a couple weeks and work to find a time to get my vehicle in.Called Melrose Auto Clinic and was told they could have the tires the next day and got my car in this morning to put them on. Got new tires all the way around put on my vehicle. Great customer service, fair pricing, and more than happy to support the local shop owners.Plus it was a savings of $ all the way around for my pocket. Nissan dealership quoted me $1300+ for tires with alignment. Without alignment it was a savings of close to $300 for me on the tires.Thanks Melrose Auto Clinic! You guys ROCK!!!”

“Excellent service. I called to verify my appointment, and realized I had errored on the day to bring it in. Because of my mistake, (the owner of the 579 ,) had scheduled the truck to be in South Dakota on that day. I explained my problem to Chester. He had me bring it in that evening. ( I was 70 miles away) They were able to service the truck, do a warranty check over , and repair two problems. Got it out at midnight. I can’t say thank you enough for helping me out.”

“Not even the dealer would touch the issues I was having because they were too "odd" and wasn't a straightforward job. And honestly, I'm glad they wouldn't as they probably would have totaled it or just rage quit in the middle of the job. It truly was a novel issue and apparently now I'm the precedent in some national database for future issues like this (neat *eye roll*). That said, Luke's internal and external networks of people who actually enjoy what they do and love challenging repairs dove in head first and, while it still wasn't cheap, it was likely thousands less than it would've been at a dealer or less experienced shop.
