I had the most wonderful experience at White Dress OTR! Olivia was absolutely amazing to work with. She made me feel so comfortable trying on dresses and made the experience so much fun. I truly appreciate her and was so happy to say yes to my dress this past Saturday!Not to mention the store itself is beautiful, spacious and in a great location with restaurants around it for lunch after or before shopping! I 10/10 recommend this store to any bride!

My experience at White Dress OTR was fantastic. I attended the appointment with one of my best friends. This was my first wedding dress consultation, I had no idea what to expect and truthfully felt nervous at the start. Mel’s relaxed confidence made me feel comfortable, assured, and like I was in friendly company. I was worried a consultant would be sales-y or try and pressure me into buying same day, but I did not get anything like that from Mel. Truly a great experience. Thank you, Mel for rooting for me and supporting me like a friend.

Had a wonderful experience with Mel, who took time to listen and understand what I was looking for. She was quick to get me into the dresses and great at answering questions. Loved the vibe here as well as her personality. As a plus size bride I was very worried about not being able to find something in time for my wedding but they had multiple, beautiful options. Beautiful shop, beautiful staff. Loved it.

I had a great experience at White Dress Off the Rack! The storefront itself is chic and comfortable with plenty of space and privacy for your group. I was paired up with Olivia who was incredible from start to finish. She made me feel extremely comfortable and encouraged. She was helpful and never pushy. Even though I didn't find my dress here she never made me feel bad about it and her customer service continued to be incredible even when it was clear that I wasn't finding my dress. I even followed up with the store after my appointment via text because I'd seen a dress in the window that I couldn't get out of my head. Olivia was great yet again and made the time to call me rather than text a response since she wanted to fully inform me about the risks of buying a dress more than two sizes too big for me. I really appreciated her honesty and customer service even outside of my appointment and the possibility of making a sale. Good job White Dress Off the Rack! I highly recommend!

I will say although I didn’t find my dress (my own fault), this place is amazing! Mel was absolutely amazing, her personality and knowledge made my experience here 10/10. She listened, laughed, was relatable.. I just really liked her. She did amazing picking out the dresses.. seriously cannot recommend more. I’m sure everyone is great here, but if you can request someone… I suggest Mel!It’s a beautiful place on the inside, so cute and very reasonably priced!

I had such an amazing experience here! Olivia was beyond helpful! This was my 7th dress appointment after searching high and low for a specific dress I found it here in pristine condition for a fraction of the price. I also picked up a 2nd look and accessories all for unbelievable value. The customer service, condition/variety of dresses and prices cannot be beat. Worth the drive from Chicago, highly recommend!

I had the most wonderful experience at White Dress OTR! Noel was so wonderful and helped me find my dream dress. I went in without knowing the type of style I wanted, and she helped me narrow it down and find the style that I loved. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Such a happy day!

Wow! First of all, this place is BEAUTIFUL inside. Very open and welcoming. Second of all, Olivia was a sweetheart. She listened to my thoughts, pulled dresses that were my style, and was the biggest hype girl. She pulled a "wild card" dress just for fun and that dress was the ONE! I highly recommend Off The Rack, they are awesome and very well priced.

Really enjoyed getting my dress here. The stylist took my ideas of what I was looking for and grabbed 5 great options right off the bat. I tried them all and took plenty of pictures and left to think about it but I had to come back. After trying at so many other places, I finally found my dress here. The off the rack version was unfortunately a bit too big to size down but luckily my dress was still available to order from the sister White Dress store. I picked up my dress from the other store and they were very helpful allowing me to try on my dress again with all of my accessories and really see it all together before taking it home. Great experience.

I had a great experience shopping for and buying my dress but I had an even better experience when I went in for my dress pick up appointment. I worked with Olivia L. when I picked up my dress and she was fantastic! She was very patient and gave great recommendations on how to style and alter my dress. White Dress OTR offers great quality dresses at an affordable price and the experience is one to remember. Would highly recommend!
