I said “YES” to the dress at White Dress! I worked with Audri and was amazed at her level of expertise. She was calm, kind, and made me feel SO comfortable. She knew exactly what moves to make while still making sure the final decisions were in my hands. She was so warm and inviting and really made the experience truly magical.? All the dresses were unique and beautiful. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Alana at White Dress! She made my group and I feel comfortable and was clearly knowledgeable about the gowns.
What I really loved about the experience was that Alana allowed me to voice my opinions and was sure to include the members of my group in pulling gowns, too. They had so much fun! I had two great contenders at White Dress and didn’t feel pressured to choose right that instant.
I didn’t ultimately find my gown but the experience was a 10/10 and I would absolutely recommend to other brides!

HIGHLY recommended White Dress Bridal Boutique!!!!! I purchased my wedding dress here in October. My bridal consultant, Audri, made my whole bridal experience (from start to finish) so incredibly beautiful. Audri made me feel so comfortable, seen/heard, and special throughout the entire appointment. She was so patient with my guests and I as well! Additionally, the boutique is so beautiful and has such a wide range of dresses to choose from. Thank you so much Audri and White Dress Bridal Boutique for making my wedding dress shopping experience so special!?☺️

Audri went above and beyond to assist me in finding my dream dress! She was patient, knowledgeable, and stayed 2 hours late on a Sunday to help me finalize my decision. I highly recommend the White Dress team and Audri in particular!

Like most brides, I had a Pinterest board of ideas excited to try on dresses. Sadly, I don't remember her name, but when I showed her my Pinterest board, she did an amazing job of showing me what I wanted and what she thinks I would like. If it wasn't for her amazing input, I wouldn't have found the perfect dress.
First place I went to and fourth dress I put on was the one. They were all so kind and helpful here. The dress was absolutely perfect, and I still get compliments on it. My husband cried when he saw me walking down the aisle. Thank you for making the best day of my life more magical.

My stylist Haley was an incredible and it was her pick - the very first dress - that ended up being the winner. She was kind and patient as I tried to make decisions and let us come in the next day early in order to finalize everything when I wasn't sure about my choice. So glad that we started our search at White Dress Bridal!

Quality of service does not match the price. I purchased a wedding dress here in December, 2023 for my October, 2024 wedding. The boutique has expensive products (which they admit), but very nice in-store service and a good selection of gowns. At the time of purchase, I was told the dress would arrive in April. After hearing nothing from the boutique, I called in early May. I was informed that the dress would be ready by the end of May. I called back in early June to inquire. The store associate told me that the dress had already been shipped and therefore was unable to be expedited but would certainly be ready by the end of the week. I waited until the end of the week and called again to check on it. The store associate informed me that there had been a delay and the dress would be ready by "mid to late summer, likely in September." I then told them that this was unacceptable, explaining that I needed to get the dress as soon as possible due to needing time for specialized alterations and was worried that I would not have enough time. I felt very concerned because it seemed like I could not get a straight answer from anyone, so I asked if I could speak with whomever was in charge of obtaining the gowns to see if we could find an alternative solution. A few days later Christina, the owner of the store, called me to discuss. I explained my concerns to her and expressed my frustration at not being able to get a straight answer from anyone. I even offered to take a different size of dress if one was available or even an entirely different style if necessary. She then contacted the dress maker in New York and informed me that she had been told there had been an issue with the dress in the manufacturing department and that the dress had to be re-made and therefore wouldn't be ready until mid September. This was much too late because of the lead time for the alterations I needed done to it. The owner questioned me as to why I needed so much time even though the alteration info sheet I had been given at the time of purchase said dress alterations needed several months to complete. She said most places only need two weeks. After multiple phone calls over the next few weeks, I was told that the dress had been overnight shipped and would arrive by Thursday evening (it was now July). I called the shop on Friday afternoon to see if I could come pick it up. The store associate told me that it had not yet arrived. At this point I was furious and feeling like I had been mislead yet again. I contact the owner and said that this situation was ridiculous and that I would be coming to the shop on Sunday morning to pick up the dress and that it had better be there. The next day (Saturday), the boutique called me to say that the dress was ready and asked that I come immediately to pick it up, which I did. When I got there they made me sign a form and gave me a coffee mug, sweatshirt, and bridal magazine and asked that I please leave them a good review. This review is not good, but it is honest. I do feel that other prospective brides should know about what I had to deal with. The gown is beautiful. The front desk service was very unprofessional, and I felt like I was being given cagey information until I spoke with the store owner herself. More often than not, the wedding gown industry operates on a single-transaction basis, and in this case they truly failed to meet even minimal standards of customer service, despite advertising that they go, "above and beyond" for each client, thus justifying their elevated prices. I would not recommend anyone purchase a dress from here unless they have more than double the lead time available before they need it. Hope this helps.

Had the best experience at White Dress and found my perfect dress! Alana was super helpful and I was able to pull a ton of dresses to try and take a lot of photos. They were even able to order my dress with a specific customization I wanted. Everything in the store was organized by price which was super transparent and made it easy to know which sections to shop in. Once I found my dress, I was able to try on veils & hold a bouquet and it really made it feel so special. We even got champagne. :) 10/10 experience!

I had such an amazing experience when finding my wedding dress at White Dress Bridal Boutique. The owner and all of the employees were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and guide me throughout the process. I highly recommend looking for your dress here!!

This was such a special experience at White Dress Bridal Boutique! Such a warm and positive environment with little details to match! My stylist was so positive, reassuring, encouraging and professional! I got the VIP experience and it did not disappoint! I Received a special gift from the studio and they took professional photos of myself and my guests after saying YES to the dress! You definitely feel special and taken care of when coming here!

It was the best experience picking out my wedding dress from White Dress Bridal Boutique.
The variety of dresses they have in store really made me feel like I truly tried on ALL the options. I am a pretty picky and detail-oriented person, but felt very understood by Alana throughout the whole process!
Thanks to her & her support, along with my mothers and bridesmaids I brought along, I am SO excited for the dress that I said “YES” to!

This boutique has gorgeous dresses and is just an all-around beautiful place. I came in for my bridal appointment SO excited and brought all of my favorite people. Sadly, the stylist that I was working with made what should have been a very happy experience very stressful and sad. From when we first entered the boutique, I did not feel welcome. She made me feel rushed, inconvenient, and like a burden. I found myself constantly apologizing for being indecisive because of how annoyed she seemed the entire time. She kept trying to make me decide between silhouettes to rule out certain dresses and would take away my favorite one when she assumed that it was not the silhouette that I was going for. A better process might have been simply asking me which of the dresses was my favorite and ruling out the other one, etc... She told me she would pick out the dresses and never gave me an opportunity to look around? We ended up being done 30 min early and when I looked around, I found several that I loved and never got a chance to try on. I had a number 1 favorite that I might have come back for but did not want to deal with the same treatment. I certainly do not want to speak badly about 1 individual or the place in general. Obviously, I saw so many wonderful reviews which is why I chose this location. There was one woman that occasionally came around (I think manager or owner?) who was incredibly kind, and I would have loved to work with. Unfortunately, my experience left me sad and not wanting to return.

This was such a great experience!!! We got the champagne package and it made dress shopping so much fun. They were helpful and within a few hours I found everything I needed! My dress was absolutely beautiful!

My visit to White Dress was everything I could have ever dreamed of! The boutique has a beautiful selection of dresses and a wonderful atmosphere. We had the privilege of sitting in the front area with so much natural light shining in and plenty of comfortable seating for my friends and family who joined me. After visiting other salons, the mirrors at White Dress are something to not take for granted. They are so large allowing you to see yourself in the dress of course but as well see the smiling faces of those you brought with you. With all of that said the visit would not have left such an amazing impact on me if it was not for our stylist, Alana. She was absolutely wonderful and so very kind! She has such a beautiful presence about her that makes you feel instantly calm and so excited to try on the dresses. I am so grateful to say I found my dream dress at White Dress and had the privilege to work with Alana! I could not recommend them enough.
