Had good experiences here in the past but have mostly been going to the dealership in recent years. Used them again today and they were super helpful and charged way less than the dealership quoted. Will be a returning customer.

This shop and owner was amazing! I had a problem with my 2018 Cadillac and the owner diagnosed the issue immediately. He was so fast and efficient. I will definitely come back here again. Fantastic service!

The owner went above and beyond! He replaced stuff that I didn't ask of him. Much appreciated & thank u! He seemed a little temperamental but it was also because he was concerned about peoples safety.

CON MAN!!! Went to this place just to have my car check. No work, No machine hook ups. He took advantage of me and charged me just to look at my vehicle. Avoid at all cost!

I placed a call to West Allis Auto Repair to have my 2012 Chrysler 300 checked out. The person that answered the phone stated that because my car wasn't making a noise, there wouldn't be any way to find a solution for the hard ride and poor handling I'm experiencing. I was then advised to go back to the dealership where I purchased my vehicle from. I was told to have a repair person from the dealership ride with me to determine what the problem could be. No one at this shop can follow the advice of the person that answered the phone.I was referred to this shop by a co-worker. I"m only giving one star because the system wouldn't allow this post, without at least one. Would I recommend this shop. NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
