I'm not sure what her name was, I think she said "inez" , but she was not very friendly. Called to ask a simple question to see if they do bar code sticker printing and she got very rude out of no where and ultimately hung up on me. Our company has a need for a high volume amount of prints, more than bar codes, also business cards, wholesale sheets, etc... but I never got around to being able to get pricing because she slammed the phone in my face. Very Rude, Not professional, Do not let her old age fool you to thinking she's any different !

I have worked with printing companies for about 25 years but not in Milwaukee. I had occasion recently to work on a tiny quantity of postcards for an event I was volunteering for. It was important that they look professional, but it was hardly worth the printer's time to do them. However, Julie took time to explain to me what we needed to provide and walk me through the technical file info to create a high-res file for them. I was really impressed with the customer service for a small-ticket customer.
