Nice, clean affordable space. There could be some updates to the carpet beyond anything else. But for the space you get and your own ability to transform the space, renting this place out for your next occasion is worth it.

This building is huge. On the main level, there is a huge ballroom with full kitchen and a stage. The lower level is also huge. The grounds and interior are well maintained and clean. There is less street parking around the area but there are 82 free covered parking spots in the public garage of state street station right across the street. The members of the Lions Club are local to the area and very friendly. They host fundraisers throughout the year that benefit local charities. You can rent the entire building for only $300. I have seen lots of weddings and parties there over the years. It's a nice place to rent.
