Horrible!! Paid for my prescription with the online app only for them to put it back and for me not to receive my medication. Was told they had so many orders and their system went down but I guess I won't be reimbursed or get my medicine unless I pay again. I get the situation but why should I have to pay again and make an extra trip back to the store when I called the day before to avoid having to make a second trip! They will definitely make you feel sicker having to deal with their stress!!

The pharmacy is terrible now. After years of being a loyal customer the store quality has dropped! Wait times are now 2 hours for waiting inside the store and that is usually drive thru times.This store has never had a drive thru. Texts about your ready for pick up prescriptions that you received are being undermined and staff is insinuating your are lying about auto refills. Automatic texts are ready for pick-up.Milwaukee Take your business to a place where they respect you and your time. The staff is making up rules as they go along. Walgreens hire more staff with real leadership skills and who have common knowledge about how your business has been operating for years! Closing locations should not make the quality of your store minimal and the staff need to be trained on being professional with customers and not speaking of politics wasting valuable time. Retrain your leaders and reinterate the guidelines for the staff.

I've gone to a number of Walgreens and I do have my favorites but my thing is they have some awesome products a wonderful staff you should be able to find everything you need that you're looking for at Walgreens try the closest one to you see what you think

When entering the store the security guard instructed me to put a mask on. I politely refused and he informed me I wouldn’t be able to check out. The irony of this situation is he had his mask pulled down the entire time and when I pointed the hypocrisy he told me to get out. Way to go Mr Security guy who makes $12 an hour. Winning ?

Today I came in and worked with Rani D I was getting the run around about my skin medication from the down town Walgreens and when I came in he helped me right away. I really appreciate this so so much .I give him five stars and I will come to this Walgreens as long as he works at this location. I appreciate you rani.

You wait in line for 15 minutes pick up prescription. Go to drop off line to drop off new prescription. Foreign pharmacist tells you get back in line. Doesn't even look up a** hole. No manners it's line going to a gas station in the hood there.
