Naudria in the pharmacy wasn’t the nicest. No customer service at all. I spoke to her, she didn’t speak back. I mentioned in a jokingly way how my meds were probably put back because it’s been about two weeks. She didn’t react at all. I then asked if the insurance went through because I’ve been having a hard time with that. She didn’t answer me. Instead she just rung them up at $0.00 so I guess that answered the question (when she could’ve simply said “yes it went through”) and last but not least she just handed the bag off to me without saying a word. Not a thank you. Have a good day or nothing. Never experienced that in the pharmacy and it was pretty uncomfortable. She smiled and talked with the pharmacist but as a customer it’s nice to have that human interaction as well! No one wants dry customer service. I work in customer service as well and understand your interactions with a customer MATTERS!

IF YOU'RE SOMEONE THAT READS REVIEWS... PLEASE read this carefully and take full consideration that I am not writing this for absolutely no reason. I will only speak about the pharmacy department because this is where I constantly have problems. Never in my life have I seen pharmacist and pharmacy staff such a lack of concern for customers prescriptions. If you have medications that you must take everyday at a certain time, I'm advising you to STEER AWAY FROM WALGREENS!! You have a higher chance of dying or having severe health complications before you get your prescription. So many delays, MULTIPLE issues that only certain staff can handle. They are just there and dont give a **it about you or your needs. I am calling corporate before someone actually dies from not receiving their medication in a timely manner. Something needs to change and change fast!! It's been 5 days since my prescription was sent to them. I've been there everyday, getting calls from them stating my prescription is ready. Yet, when I get there, of course it's some kind of obstacle!! They are completely a joke. This is real-life and it's affecting my life. Please do not go here to fill your prescription l, you will regret it instantly.Sincerely a customer filled with anger, rage, frustration and sadness!!!

As a former WAG employee, I can say this rx staff seems incompetent. They clearly don't care about wait times or customer service at all and they are extremely unapologetic about it. I won't just blame them though. It seems the employee morale is just worse than it's ever been because even the managers that I've seen here don't seem to take pride in what they do. I hate to have to go somewhere else since this is like 2 minutes away from me but its best because I cannot deal with the lack of care these employees of this establishment have.

Drive thru never open always have to go in , when I think I have to go in drive thru open and vice versa, pharmacy closed early , store closed early , nobody wants to work they say, maybe they should pay workers more.

If zero stars was available I'd give their pharmacy a zero. Came at 11am to take a RAPID covid test for my flight going abroad the next day. Never got my results. Tried calling and no answer. Had to cancel my flight and shift dates.

They’re unprofessional I was up there a hour an a half ago which the lady told me that’s how long my meds will take knowing that my pregnant girl really need it just bad business.. not heads up or nun

Store doesn't open on time! Pharmacy team late coming in. I've been there for the last time! Uggggggg...And then the pharmacist had nerves to laugh after being 12 minutes late. Who is in charge of this store???

This store does not open on time. This is a consistent problem even after complaining. If it weren't for helpful, smiling Regina I would go elsewhere.

I work in the medical field & have had to call the pharmacy for prescriptions the staff is very unprofessional, they speak very rude & aren't helpful

Employee Regina was very helpful friendly, courteous. I needed help making copies of a few family pictures. One of the picture I needed was on my apple I- phone that I didn’t know how to duplicate the picture. And Regina spent a lot of time helping me to make those copies from apple I-phone. Regina thank you again for helping me to complete the photos I needed.

This location does not handle COVID testing properly. Inaccurate results. :( The pharmacy technician didn’t even have her mask on.

This location is terrible especially after 4pm. The workers are soo rude. Employees on the phone taking personal calls while checking out customers. The only good employees are the morning workers.
