I have lived in this area more than a decade, and this specific Walgreens pharmacy has always been my location of choice. In the last 4 years, I can say it has gone completely downhill. My insurance has been the same for years, but at least once a month, if not more, I come to pick up prescriptions, and my billing is incorrect. So after what was already a lengthy wait in line (in store or drive thru), I have to wait...again, for them to correct it. Other issues are prescriptions dropped off or sent from my doctor that they claim they never received. Being supposedly put on a list to receive a text when my prescription is ready, but never get them or get them only after I drive there myself and am leaving the store with my meds in hand. This is really ridiculous. It's almost as if they're in a race to see how many customers they can lose. Please do better.

Horrible location. Every-time I come to pick up a prescription, Never ready! Came today at 4:53PM and they were already closed, why??? It says you guys close at 5:00PM. Very disappointed!!!

Pharmacy Techs work so dang hard and have the best attitudes every time I arrive. They deserve better treatment for what they put up with.
The pharmacist, Zaneal (if in correct spelling I apologize) seems to be the chosen pharmacist on duty when I arrive to pick up medications. She has proven to be unable to find solutions to medication issues or be on any assistance when I see techs ask her questions in which she is very rude and snot nosed. The technicians have better solutions to issues and are knowledgeable compared to what I hear from her.

Love this location and the staff go through alot here with the major theft they been having but despite all these problems the staff are extremely nice.

It could be a better place if they get Rudy of the pharmacist in the back. Her name is Zeanal if that’s the right spellinganyway, she is the worst person to be in this position she should not be a pharmacist. She should be working somewhere else out this fieldShe think she’s better than anyone out there... The words come out of her mouth awful .. the way she talk to customers is disgustingWalgreen, you have to do something about that I am not the only person complain about herdefinitely, and for sure I am taking my business somewhere else you my guys don’t care but oh well I’ll make sure everybody know about this place.. specially the prejudiced, pharmacist, awful pharmacist who work in the backAnd a really advise everyone to take their medication to a different pharmacy ..!!!

Helpful to me for general advice when I had a bad cold and thought it was covid but it wasn't. Rude to my husband, a 20 year retired army veteran. He has insurance he EARNED thru the Army but it wasn't good enough for a free flu shot. He almost had to pay 70 bucks. He went somewhere else. Way to honor brave men and women who served so that you can have the freedom to be rude, make someone cough up $$ they don't have, and make 'em wait!

The pharmacy experience here is awful because the staff is unprofessional. From being very curt with customers, to lack of eye contact, and zero communication whatsoever after asking for the name on the prescription. Just give the prescription and go attitude. Won't be going here again for prescriptions. This review is based on numerous interactions with this pharmacy.

I was just there for a pharmacy pick up but decided to grab some toilet bowl cleaning stuff, it was on sale for only a buck. Good service from the pharmacy and the regular employees.
