Why are all the staff at this location immediately looking for confrontation? Themale pharmacist is incredibly belligerent and inappropriate. This is the 4th time I’ve left without my medication.

Nice enough staff, but on more than one occasion, they have not honored the sale price of items, even when the signs are up saying the item is on sale.

If you're going to hire and keep people who sit on the counter watching videos on their phones, hood up on their non-uniform, no eye contact no greeting - the least you could do is clean up around your building.

PLEASE clean up that dump heap on the south wall of your building. I know for a fact that employees (including management) park right in front of it and none of you do anything about it. I've mentioned it 3 times in as many weeks. All the money we plug into that store and it can't even respect it's neighbors and customers.

I came here to pick up some Sudafed due to having a cold. The pharmacist was quite pleasant when I asked them if they had Sudafed, but the older tech who checked me out was quite the opposite. I was told I couldn't purchase 2 boxes because "it clearly is against the law to purchase this much". I politely stated that in my previous state of residence, the limit was different and I apologized for my mistake. This was met with an absolutely rude head shake and eye roll. I would recommend this store, but beware of the poor hospitality in the pharmacy.

The pharmacist was very rude when we had an issue with how they decided to read my prescription (even my doctor was confused at how they billed it). So I had to go to another pharmacy to get it corrected (they tried to double bill me and called me a fraud).The pharmacist (the man with an aggressive attitude) didn't go over anything with me after I picked up part of my prescription. This could have prevented the next problem..I am new to the process of my new prescription and I went to go use it today and they gave me incompatible components to my testing kit. I paid for them and now I have to wait another day to start using my medication (2 days now I've waited) and hope to God they don't give me a hard time for their mess up.I am so sick of this place!!! Don't go here!!!

Ordered a custom photo book to a different location and went to pick it up the next day and they said my order was cancelled because they didn’t have any photo books, no one called or emailed me to tell me and my friend was getting married the next day and it was one of her gifts!! Ordered to this location and they had it ready within 30 minutes :)

Is the new norm to sit on the checkout counter and eat food in front of guests checking out? Watching Tik-Toks or texting while guests are paying? Hoodies are the new uniform? I have no idea what happened but it seems like management doesn't value professional service anymore.

I go to this Walgreens pretty regularly out of convenience. Normally I have a relatively good/fine experience. But today was frustrating. I understand that everyone is short-staffed, and I understand that pharmaceutical work takes time, but if you know you're *really behind* just tell people. Tell somebody that they're waiting 30 or 40 minutes — then if they choose to stay, that's on them. Tell people that you're understaffed and that they may want to reschedule. Just take the time to be straightforward. Apologizing and being told to reschedule after waiting for five minutes is *much less irritating* than waiting for 45, only to have the pharmacist *publicly laugh* and say "Oops I didn't look that up yet" and "Oh, good" when you say you're going to reschedule. For today in particular it was clear that the pharmacist was waiting for the line to go away before they looked up a medical question for us (they had a question, not us). I'm not sure if they realize that held us hostage by taking my husband's vaccination card. *Not only did we have an appointment, but we had all the paperwork pre-completed.* This whole thing should've taken 15 minutes tops.

The pharmacy staff at this location are mean, rude, and yell at customers it is worth the extra few minutes to go to a different one.

Malpractice: This pharmacy switched vaccines and gave my small child an adult-only COVID vaccine booster and then gave my spouse two flu shots, one of which was intended for my child, and the COVID vaccine booster intended for my spouse. I've always been timid about going and getting shots at places like this. Never again. They didn't even apologize. They tried to blame it on "staffing issues" and then blamed my spouse for not noticing.

Pharmacy staff puts you on hold and then hangs up the phone. I understand they are busy but just say call back later or I can’t help you with that. I spent 15 minutes trying to reach them and then 15 minutes on hold for my call to be dropped.

pharmacy staff is terrible, especially one man named John who told me to shut up when I was trying to ask a question while trying to refill my birth control, which has been difficult in general at this location, you'd think they'd be more willing to help in the current climate but instead use their positions as a power trip
