The many cashiers I've seen here , cause it's like they have new ones every time I go here, are pretty rude. The prices are, have always been really, outrageous. But it's convenient and close by. And there is Almont always someone pan handling outside.

It's the neighborhood walgreens and it never has anything im looking for for instance the gallon watermelon Arizona they never have them ever every other walgreens has them keep them n stock but never this walgreens close to me then they'll say we're getting a shipment n tomorrow I'll come the next day and they still dnt have them its such a inconvenience cause I gotta go all the way across town to another walgreens to find them.

It was nice the lady there was very nice and I could tell she was having a bad day but she was still super nice to me so I was happy with my service so that my me happy and my pretzels better.

I've had to use this Walgreens to purchase goods for customers who placed ordered through Doordash. Creepy to go there, you feel like being robbed any minute once you leave your car to get into the store. They're understaffed, so if you need something from a locked isle, it's the security guy who's helping out and unlocks the shelves. You don't know the difference between the staff inside or someone homeless standing outside nearby the entrance asking you for some change.

Being sick sucks. Having Covid symptoms and navigating Walgreens third party website for scheduling a drive through Covid test isn't exactly a treat, either; but it's doable. What is not doable, is this Walgreens. My goodness. The drive through itself looks like a long forgotten side street alleyway inhabited by stray cats and urine soaked drunkards. Oh wait, that's exactly what it is. I'm not asking for hipster string lights and tasteful street art... I just think if you want us to drive back there, maybe you could clean up the garbage and make it look less post-apocalyptic. The intercom doesn't work. It sounds like Charlie Brown's mom dialed down to volume 1. I looked and felt ridiculous leaning out of my car yelling "WhAT?!" 17 times. Of course, it did not help that the technician was blaring her music on her side of the glass. I could sort of make out what the song was about, but I was utterly lost on the instructions for my Covid test. Despite my snarky Yelp reviews, I'm a really level headed guy and I try really hard to give the benefit of the doubt to people, especially people who work in customer service. They have better things to do than pander to the likes of divas like me; but when I feel genuine annoyance and hostility, even I switch into rumble mode. An administrative snafu caused by the auto fill feature of the Walgreens appointment scheduler lead to the technician basically telling me I couldn't get my Covid test. I asked if there was anything she could do, and she flatly said "nope, please come back tomorrow." Which is silly, since it's not like it gets magically fixed with the rotation of the earth... I needed help. We went back and forth in what I would call a heated exchange for the Midwest. I drove off and called a different Walgreens. The technician there, who had no reason to help me except for human decency, took a few minutes to look into the problem, and quickly identified what had happened. He said that if the technician at this location had turned around and asked the pharmacist for help, she too, could have seen what was wrong and easily fixed it. This experience caused me to look this location up and read the reviews... apparently, this location is known far and wide for its lackluster customer service, so if you're a Walgreens Manager, you've got a great opportunity for advancement if you can turn this lump of coal into a diamond. Sounds like there's only one direction it can go.

I’m so infuriated with my experience with walgreens after going there to get tested for covid19. I took the regular test, which they told me would take up to 2-3 days to receive results with, but it is now Friday and I still have not received results even after the company they sent it to had it escalated yesterday. So when I call Walgreens back today they tell me that the results typically take up to 2-5 days. If that is the case, the company they are sending the results to would not have said it takes 2-3 days like I was told on Sunday by Walgreens. Such a horrible experience.

Scheduled an appointment to get my 1st vaccination at 2:30pm, I get there and wait in line for about 5 minutes. They ask for my ID and my insurance and tell me to have a seat and they'll be right with me...an hour and 10 minutes later and I still didn't get the shot. I was overlooked and seemed they forgot I was even there. I saw they were busy and I tried to be patient and respectful but that attitude caused me to go unnoticed and be forgotten! So I guess I should have been loud and rude like the rest of the people waiting in line because they were able to be seen and leave before me when I had gotten there far before them! Then for them to tell me to come back tomorrow?! No I won't be coming back to this location, and if you have somewhere to be within the hour of arriving then you might not wanna come here either!
