Store was not open and after waiting outside until 8:25 - at that time the manager opened the doors and let employees into the store. Instead of announcing that he could only let employees in, as I was walking into the building thinking it was okay to go inside he stood directly in my face and yelled "the store isn't open yet" - the behavior was so bizarre I thought he was kidding. I just stood there and he continued to yell into my face. I turned around and left without a word absolutely STUNNED by what had just happened. I feel bad for all the people who need to work with him. What a horrible manager he must be if that is how he treats customers, let alone employees.

Brittany Williams Lie About The her been there for Milk and food for her kids she said she wanted to use ATM she started acting like a like a Lilttle kid screaming and using profanity. She also was really disrespectful also the guy in the the people champ t-shirt it not a staff and she doesn’t have any consent of taking a pic of the person which the person will report it to the webmaster and if legal action will take action against Miss Brittany. Please take the picture down Ty so much.

It’s very unprofessional that I went to Walgreens at 8:47 and they refuse to allow me to come in stating that they were closed. I’m trying to understand how is Walgreens able to close at 8:47 when they say 9 o’clock? I stood outside the door asking them why did they close early or what’s going on? They thought it was ok to laugh at me while I’m standing outside of the store in informing them that I only needed some milk and food for my kids. Which I found very disrespectful, Why people don’t take their jobs serious? I felt like that was very rude and unprofessional to handle a situation like that, and it shows that customer service does not matters to them. A lot of the employees do not take their job serious and that’s very selfish of them to treat the community like this when we depend on this Walgreens. The manager or supervisor needs to have a serious conversation with their employees. And I will be reporting them to corporate to make sure that this will never happen again because there was a certain approach they could’ve done during the situation like this and not only that when who do they have the rights to close at 8:47?

It's very early in the morning so for the Security Guard to come up behind me and scare the bezuss out of me for no reason other than i was taking my time looking at the Clearance Makeup, to the point of folllowing me every single place i went for the entirety of my shopping , to be a BIT MUCH!! i get it's early but u having nothing to do does NOT mean to follow me and make me feel like I'm doing something wrong , when I've spent $$$1,000$$$ of dollars at WALGREENS over the years.! Find it a little insulting honestly. But everyone that was pleasant and helpful.

Walgreens On 27th & National Be Discriminating. How Y’all Allow The Mexicans To Carry Whole Bookbags Around The Store But I Carry A Small Purse Bookbag & I Have To Leave It At The Front? Be Fr. Then When I Tell The Manager All She Said Was “We Tell Everyone To Leave Their Bags Up Front. How Are You Being Discriminated Against?” Bro Be Fr. Then The Securities Walking Around Watching Me Whole Time I’m Standing In The Pharmacy Line Picking Up My Medicine.
They Pick & Choose Who They Enforce Rules On. If I Can Give Them 0 Stars I Would.

The pharmacy staff is the sweetest pharmacy staff I’ve ever experienced. Every time I go there, there is someone in front of me who does not speak a language they speak, yet the staff are so patient and kind to everyone and they truly seem to have fun working together. Walgreens as a whole is not a company I trust but these workers are amazing human beings! I don’t normally leave reviews but I felt like I had to after so many pleasant experiences. :)

avoid at all costs for perscription relay. they are understaffed and it will take forever. generally bad vibe all around, but its not the staffs fault

Stopped after work at 805am to get some medicine and eye drops. Well was greeted by a gate half covering the door. A lady walks up to the door from the inside and states "I'm the only one here, I can not open. I do not have my cashier", I glanced without saying anything. Lady goes on to say "It's not me talk to the manager with how they be scheduling these people". Sad how work ethic and great customer service are no longer seen as a priority to the community. I will keep posting reviews for these horrific experiences/events. Until these corporate leaders implement changes for us consumers.

They do NOT HAVE RAPID COVID TESTING. Their website let me schedule it, I stood in like for 25 minutes to then be told they don’t do it. Waste of my time. People working there weren’t friendly either, won’t be coming back.

PHARMACY REVIEW ONLY: As a healthcare worker I was calling to discuss a patients medication - a simple 2 minute question max. I called - said I was calling from a healthcare facility and requested to speak to a pharmacist. I then waited over 18 minutes to speak with a human. Meanwhile I was rolled over 10 times and not once did someone say "Walgreens pharmacy please hold". The call was just picked up and placed on hold again and again. I waited so long my call was then picked up my a normal Walgreens staff member. I told her who I was and the reason for my call, this staff member said she would transfer me to the pharmacy. I told her how long I was on hold (18minutes) and she said she'd walk back there and tell them to answer. Pharmacist then took my call and my question was answered in a minute. This is WILDLY unprofessional. NO PERSON should be on hold that long, patient or healthcare provider. DO BETTER. DO NOT use this pharmacy. There are plenty of other pharmacy options out there who will not blatantly ignore your calls.
