They never have prescriptions ready, I do put the blame on Dawn (store manager) because her employees def don’t take there job serious, after asking for a why my prescription Isn’t ready if this was the 3rd time I had stop in to get my medication there answer was “it was to soon” how??? If I’ve been calling and arranging this pick up since 3 days agooooo!!!

This location is insanely understaffed and over-prescribed. It's disrespectful of both the customers and the staff that does come in the door. Go anywhere else.

After being releases from the hospital went to get my prescriptions. Told me to. One back. Went back at 7:30pm. Then told me they don't have the prescription. Asked to wait while I called hospital. The closed the window at 8 and said nothing. I literally can't believe they did that. They didn't even try to call or help.

I have lived in this area more than a decade, and this specific Walgreens pharmacy has always been my location of choice. In the last 4 years, I can say it has gone completely downhill. My insurance has been the same for years, but at least once a month, if not more, I come to pick up prescriptions, and my billing is incorrect. So after what was already a lengthy wait in line (in store or drive thru), I have to wait...again, for them to correct it. Other issues are prescriptions dropped off or sent from my doctor that they claim they never received. Being supposedly put on a list to receive a text when my prescription is ready, but never get them or get them only after I drive there myself and am leaving the store with my meds in hand. This is really ridiculous. It's almost as if they're in a race to see how many customers they can lose. Please do better.

Horrible location. Every-time I come to pick up a prescription, Never ready! Came today at 4:53PM and they were already closed, why??? It says you guys close at 5:00PM. Very disappointed!!!

Pharmacy Techs work so dang hard and have the best attitudes every time I arrive. They deserve better treatment for what they put up with.The pharmacist, Zaneal (if in correct spelling I apologize) seems to be the chosen pharmacist on duty when I arrive to pick up medications. She has proven to be unable to find solutions to medication issues or be on any assistance when I see techs ask her questions in which she is very rude and snot nosed. The technicians have better solutions to issues and are knowledgeable compared to what I hear from her.

It could be a better place if they get Rudy of the pharmacist in the back. Her name is Zeanal if that’s the right spellinganyway, she is the worst person to be in this position she should not be a pharmacist. She should be working somewhere else out this fieldShe think she’s better than anyone out there... The words come out of her mouth awful .. the way she talk to customers is disgustingWalgreen, you have to do something about that I am not the only person complain about herdefinitely, and for sure I am taking my business somewhere else you my guys don’t care but oh well I’ll make sure everybody know about this place.. specially the prejudiced, pharmacist, awful pharmacist who work in the backAnd a really advise everyone to take their medication to a different pharmacy ..!!!
