This is for Pharmacy. Today 8/12/23 around 12:35pm. I tried to pick up my prescription via drive through. I was only in drive through. A customer service lady may be around late 20s. She was in phone, so I waited. As soon as she done in the phone asked my DOB without saying any introduction. I told her my DOB, the she said my first name Ok. Then she suddenly asked me “do you know price” I was confused, then asked her “do I know my prescription price” I have been using this location for over 5 years, never been asked. I told her how do I know the price without her telling me. So I told her “ you tell me. You worked on my prescription” then she said because unusual. I told her again”you tell me the price “. I am not sure about why she as working at pharmacy, asking me (customer) about the prescription price. I have noticed in couple of years, customer service has been gradually going down at the pharmacy. That girl need to be trained. If I meet her again, I will wait for different person, don’t want that kind of customer service again.

The staff is untrained and unsure what to do. The pharmacists are always rude and act like your bothering them with questions, this is a chronic occurrence as I’ve been going here for 8 years. They also have a habit of loosing prescriptions as well. AVOID THIS PHARMACY.Greg

The cashier was extremely rude because my toe was on the blue line and became very nasty about it. I asked him about wiping down the credit card machine after use and he said they only do it once a day. This is the perfect vector to spread the virus. I talked to the manager who was also rude saying they don't need to wipe it down that much. So in short anyone that has it on there hands leaves it there and it stays there all day. I'd stay clear of this place

I been sitting in this line for over 45 minutes same cars & not moving. The new pharmacist kind of made up for the wait very nice very apologetic.
