12/8/2023 I got an RSV and flu vaccine here. The first one hurt terribly, and the pharmacist said it was because he got it in the muscle, which was good. I said I'd never had a vaccine hurt like that. He gave me the 2nd one, same place in my arm, and it too hurt like hell. It's now 4/4/2024, four months later. I continue to have pain and limited mobility in that arm. Sometimes, to raise it over my head, I actually have to use my other arm to lift it! Clearly, he didn't know what he was doing and gave me SIRVA, for which I'm now going to see a PT (and I have a $7500 deductible). I'm furious. This guy doesn't know what he's doing and LIES about his skill. Do NOT get your vaccines at this Walgreens!

Where do I even start with this Walgreens. I would warn going here unless it's an emergency and you just need to pick up your prescription. Don't even venture here for anything else!!

This is my second public posting about this Walgreen that never have carts to put your items in expect for my elderly mom , to carry a basket around for she get the thing she need from the store , she 74 years old and walks with a cane, I go in the store I see two baskets out of the whole store and the third basket the wheels were damaged on it and I've been going to this Walgreens for 10 years I really think it's bad management and they really don't deserve one star I'm being generous oh, I really think corporate need to hear about how they handle their business at this Walgreens

I was recently at your store.The RiverWest Mall outside area was filthy with debris everywhere.You must DO BETTER.
