Called yesterday to make sure the medication I get from you was ready. I even came in the store. I was told it would be ready this morning. It's now the evening. Guess what isn't ready. Don't go here for your Rx. There's a good chance they'll accidentally unalive youCan you properly staff the pharmacy and do something about the homeless encampments that are always there? Just kidding. I know you won't. The CVS across the street is much better

The award for the dumbest, most incompetent pharmacy staff goes to this Walgreens. This is the Walgreens where all the “C’s for degrees” students now work at. No one in the pharmacy staff knows how to properly communicate with patients. Wait times are horrendous because no one here ever learned how to work efficiently. This Walgreens is a dumpster fire. Don’t waste your time here.

They allow homeless people to stand out front and panhandle. The homeless man even walked up to my car and stared into my window until my dog barked at them.

Once again my wife is with out syringes because Walgreens pharmacy is out of syringes they make it a habit of not ordering enough supplies they just don't care about their customers

Walgreens knows how to *take* an appointment, they just don't know how to *hold* an appointment. And that's really the most important part of the appointment: the holding. Anybody can just take them.Arrived on time for an vaccine appointment but was told there were 15 people ahead of me, and that it would be about a 45 minute wait, which was probably being optimistic.

This Walgreens is always slow when trying to checkout. I live not far from here and spend a lot of money at this location. Takes forever to checkout! The line is really long. They have three checkout stations, but rarely are all three occupied. It's usually just one cashier. When you want any help with items that are locked up on the shelves, it takes forever! Never enough cashiers! Maybe if they would pay their employees a decent wage, they would have more employees! New employees are hired here all the time. Like a daily change of underwear! Cashiers are rude and short and treat customers poorly! They don't know how to properly bag merchandise. When you got the cashier telling you to leave their station because they have a long line, that's rude! When you have the cashier demand you to put the money directly in their hand multiple times, that's rude and way out of line! When you buy 30 carmels and the cashier tells you that's weird, that's very rude! Some cashiers I believe are working high and stoned! People steal from this Walgreens all the time. There are homeless people around this Walgreens all the time asking you for money! Management and the corporate office need to look at this store!

This used to be a good store. It has changed a lot over the years. Way to many beggars right outside the door. The cops won’t let them do that at CVS. Can’t blame it on the works but it’s a last resort for me now.

Matt is disrespectful…. beyond ridiculous……. They told me I had to the 16th to get my meds today is only the 12th. And Matt couldn’t find it. Then said it was my fault like how.??? On top of that I wasn’t getting notifications for my daughter or mines for a long time… I WOULD HATE TO HAD NEEDED MEDS TO STAY ALIVE ILL BE DEAD THANKS TO THIS WALGREENS….

It shouldn’t take over four hours to fill a damn prescription of a five day supply of a much needed drug! Inconsiderate, rude and incompetent this location’s pharmacy is. I hate this f____ place and they always inconvenience their pharmacy customers. I’m sick s d I’m inconvenienced. I really wish this location would close. CVS is better!

Poor service. I came to buy some deoderant and body wash yesterday (4/17/23) for a youth that I work with. Of course, upon arrival I see the materials are locked up. . . understandable. So I do a store sweep to find a clerk to assist and I find 4-5 workers in an aisle. I approach the group and ask if anyone could help unlock, so I can obtain the hygiene products. The worker tells me to press the "I need assistance button first" and they will help. This was a complete waste of time and made no sense. Once the button was pressed, the person who told me to press the button CAME ANYWAY.The energy, rudness and slick sarcastic tone was defintley not welcoming for someone who was respectful and kind at that.Side note: Lots of Pan handling at the front of the store. Never coming here again.

I’ve been going to Walgreens for about 15 years and this location for 7. I’ve had numerous issues. Once I walked with to see fresh blood on the floor. I get yelled at by people sitting outside the front door almost every time I go in.Lastly, they have screwed up my prescription for years in smalls ways but this time they called about a “save a trip” thing. Then they failed to put that order in the system and now I’m out of my medication for the next few days. The people at the pharmacy told me “it’s a bad program and I wouldn’t recommend it” - they’re the ones who proactively called me to do it and signed me up.Truly a horrible experience and especially the last 6 months. If you like getting harassed on your way in, talking to people who don’t care about you and getting you medication days after it’s run out, then this is the place for you!

Pharmacy is not open for 24 hrs anymore. Aggressive panhandling at the door. There are not enough staff to help anymore, and there are long lines at checkout.

I can't ever get through to them, I waited 25 minutes and all they kept doing was picking up the phone and putting me on hold. That's how it is every time I call there.
