Called, email, visited actual manufacturing facility to get product. Refused to supply me with parts. Had drawings and detailed information on project. Was too small to be helped.

-Sales representatives don't know the product.-Slow customer service when trying to return unused parts.-Incompetent warehouse staff regarding prompt shipping.We needed some additional parts for a project that was being installed and paid exorbitantly for guaranteed overnight shipping. The parts did not show the next day and after a call to Wagner it was discovered that they never shipped. This error cost my company $$$ in extra labor fees to keep the installers on site.

Horrible and slow customer service. Right away I am accused of ordering the wrong product and they are requesting pictures of the materials with the measuring tape going across it; As if I don't know how to read a measuring tape. They said if I ordered the wrong product they would not provide a refund.They actually suggested for me to buy another product after insulting me and hinting a refund would not happen.No No NoWagner is not getting any more of my $Buyer beware

I have worked with Wagner for 20 + years; and order many times a year. Service people are always friendly. In 20 years have only had to contact them about 10 times, including a few custom orders. Never a blip.

The product selection is excellent. The website was easy to navigate. The registration was a bit cumbersome but payment was easy.
