My last minute decision to go to this Verizon was well worth it! Dima was so knowledgeable, kind, and got me the best deal I could get for a phone trade in! I will go to this location from now on and will definitely ask for his help!

I was having issues with my sim not registering/my phone disconnecting from my service. Dimitri was extremely helpful and fixed the problem for me! 11/10 experience at this Verizon location.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. REPEAT RUN!!! Will make you pay a $40 set up fee when you aren’t even setting up the phone with them!!!

I went to this Verizon store because of a problem with my iPhone 13 and was helped by associate Anton Iljazi. His service was incredible! He was extremely transparent, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and provided amazing customer service. This was by far my best Verizon in store experience and all the associates in this store remind me why I am a loyal Verizon customer!

We want to share that we had an *excellent* experience with Dima and the rest of the staff at this Verizon location. We had only ever experienced TMobile/Sprint service, but after a bad experience, we drove to the Broadway Verizon location to ask about switching. Dima went above and beyond our expectations for service. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and patient with us (we had many questions). This kind of service is what creates loyal customers. Thank you!

This is NOT a Verizon corporate store; it’s owned by a company named Victra. Can’t get a human on the phone here; it’s outsourced out of the country. I just wanted to talk to someone in store, and the person that answered wanted all of my information and the zipcode that I was trying to reach, to put me in touch with a local store. After reading the reviews, I’m glad that I didn’t stop by today.

Desparately trying to get a receipt for a purchase that I made there last week. Clerk was nice but failed to send my receipts via email and failed to upload into Verizon system. Now I am stuck trying to call and their number goes to Verizon call center. What gives??!!

Ali the business specialist was very friendly and attentive to every need our business requested. He made sure we were satisfied and left with a smile on our face. Im happy that he was the one helping us because we had a serious issue and he made it feel as if we had no problem at all with how helpful he was! I really would recommend anyone to ask for Ali the GM over on broadway!

I rushed into the N Broadway Verizon store after spending the day before at a different location. I was so frustrated with my experience at the other store & as much as I wanted to be hopeful for a different experience, I was sure that I would leave frustrated again.... until I encountered Anton. Not only did he go above & beyond to fix the mess that was made the day before (on the other store AND on my end) when he had no responsibility to, he also helped alleviate so much stress from the whole ordeal when he set me up for the easiest route on some things I needed to do the following day. Anton was such a comfort & reassurance I had made the right decision of switching to Verizon & I'm so so grateful for his knowledge, honesty & honored to have the privilege of dealing with him.
