I don’t understand Milwaukee postal workers. They routinely close very early when they are supposed to be open and laugh at customers with packages ready to go that just need dropped off. There’s nowhere outside to drop your packages at ANY city location. Seems racist and classist bc that is never a problem in the suburbs. Illinois postal workers are the exact opposite. They understand they have a cushier job than basically anyone who comes in, are very nice and accommodating in the suburbs AND city.
This is a pathetic unprofessional standard here in MiLwaukee.

It is the worst delivery service on the planet: poor customer service and super lazy staff. Package and mail delivery is progressively worse each season. We have Butterfly remote access at our building. There is no reason for packages not to be delivered.

They close whenever they feel like it. The last 4 times I’ve been here there have been people inside, and they have refused to help me. This has been at least 30-45 minutes before close.
They always close early, and the workers will literally argue with you and pick on you for wanting to drop a package off 30 minutes before close. There are always confused people in here standing around between 5-5:30 on weekdays, and the workers are just plain mean-spirited.
Worst. Post office. Ever.

The lady working today refused to give me a quote on shipping a clothing return back to china. She said it takes too long and they are closing early? I went to st.Paul location and it took 30 secs to weigh the item and enter a zip code and get an estimate. This woman was rude and lazy. Also refused to let me use some tape for another package when they have huge rolls of tape sitting behind the counter. I brought my own package but did not realize it didn’t have adhesive to self seal. The woman before me was also frustrated and said she was going to report her and she laughed and said haha I’m in a union and can’t get fired.

The US Postal service needs to be shut down! Loosing billions of taxpayer dollars every year. This location is rarely open on time. and they charge for a piece of tape. Better to use UPS where they know how to open on time and tape for shipping is free.

I wanted to give a shout out to "Kelly" for her amazing customer service in helping me locate a package I was desperate for. It was marked as "non delivered - business closed" and she went above and beyond to help me get my package delivered on time while she had just punched out. AMAZING! Thank you, Kelly and thank you Milwaukee USPS.

Worst experience ever. The single employee working at 12pm on 6/1/24 deserves to be fired. Complete lack of professionalism and service to customers. Employee looks down & acts smug with customer after customer just for asking basic questions and needing help. Also, closing 2 hours early and refusing to help on a customs form 30mins before “closing” even though they close at 3pm.

Worst experience today (6/1) with the woman working at 12:30pm. Completely rude, condescending, and the biggest attitude when we were trying to send out a package.

Wow, the two women at the front desk are RUDE. Its not a good look if you constantly interrupt a customer and snap at him when he asks a question. Any and all requests are met with a flat and curt "We don't do that here" with zero explanation or offer of assistance.
