This is disrespectful. They don’t know how to take care of truck drivers. My appointment was 3 AM. They tell me to go and 5 AM and come back again. They told me to go out yelling.3 times

All of my recent priority mail express shipments have been bottlenecked at this postal facility. Tracking shows it is literally sitting at this USPS in Milwaukee for anywhere from 1-4 days.I have been able to get refunds for the 24 hour guarantee not being fulfilled, but it is disappointing that USPS can no longer deliver Priority Mail Express on time. I have no choice but to start using a different express delivery company.

Tony was so helpful and friendly when I came in to mail my passport for renewal. He walked me through the whole process and was very patient. Highly recommend this USPS location if you are in downtown Milwaukee

Over the last few years, I’ve had to mail documents occasionally to my son who is in school in Milwaukee. I know the letters, some sent Priority Mail and some not, have gone through this facility. One never arrived at all, and the rest were horribly delayed, like two or more weeks later than it should have been. There was nothing wrong with these letters, all clearly addressed and not odd sizes or anything. This has caused us tremendous troubles.Regarding the most recent one, now on the 12th day since it was mailed from Kansas, I tried to call to inquire about it. The phone rang and rang then suddenly stopped, like someone picked it up then hung it up immediately. This happened several times.I have also finally emailed the postmaster there. I hope I hear back from her.I have serious concerns about trusting this post office.

I have always been a supporter of the USPS - not this time. I sent a certified letter to the City of Milwaukee on January 22, 2024. The last scan was January 28, 2024 - it has been over 45 days. Every time I call, i either get transferred or referred to someone else. Today I received a call from the Juneau office who started my ticket and was told to call Consumer Affairs. The lady there basically read the tracking I could see and told me she could not assist. When I asked why the Juneau office referred me to her, she stated, "that is what they do when they don't know what to do". She told me to file a missing mail search. I tried but was not able to since the Juneau office already started a search. I called the Juneau office back; the phone literally rang for 10 minutes with no one picking it up. Geez, I'm not sure why less and less people are using the USPS - this is such a joke. I just want a live person to actually help me find my mail.
