I don’t understand how anyone could say this place is anything other than 1 star, this is the worst usps I’ve ever been to. It wa empty and the shrew behind the counter insisted that I move to where the line starts before she would speak to me. I had 4 heavy boxes and said one needed tape and could I buy some, there were rolls at the counter . She pointed to the back of the room and said to get it from “over there”, when I moved to grab one she said to move all my boxes in case someone came in. No one could have come in by the time it took me to walk 10ft, yet I had to move them. The. Tape the one box and move the. All back. While I was putting the on the counter, a man walked in and skipped “the line” and walked to the counter and she helped him. Then I was told that I needed to use a priority express box not a priority box but she didn’t have one, which they absolutely did, i could see the blue boxes. Then when I tried to pay for the tape, I offered a $20 and she said “ o. I just opened” it’s 9:35 am, she did not just open. What a joke. This is why peoe hate the post office. When I had great service I called and waited on hold to speak to a manager to praise a woman who really helped me out, today 8 will wait as long as I need to to issue a complaint. USPS figure out the woman at this office on this date and reprimand her, UPS may be more but I’ll gladly use the. To avoid this type of b.s.

Horrible says that they open at 8am and they don't open at that time if they changed the schedule, it costs them to put a piece of paper and update the time online!

So my Uncle recently passed away in a different state then the rest of the family and his wishes were to come home and be bury in a Veterans cemetery near family. He was cremated and shipped from Texas to Wisconsin via USPS. And when he was delivered he was delivered to the wrong house. Our address was list 2x on the box and we have two sets of house numbers on our home. Instead they delivered his remains to the neighbors house but put it BEHIND the sofa they have on their porch. It took 4 days to find him after he was delivered. 1st we asked why it was not sent registered mail by the company that sent his remains but why its it not required by the USPS to have packages like this be shipped registered mail. This was a person they deserve more respect than this. Their family is alreadygrieving they don't need the extra stress of the lost remains of their loved.

I shipped a package with stamps. The lady working there was extremely patient and nice, counted over 50 stamps on my package. It saved me $45 as I bought stamps when they were cheaper. Thank you for understanding and patience.
