Good morning, I want to send an email to Texas with my form for the change of address before the immigration court, is it possible that while I am in the office they can get me that form and then send it?

I shipped a package with stamps. The lady working there was extremely patient and nice, counted over 50 stamps on my package. It saved me $45 as I bought stamps when they were cheaper. Thank you for understanding and patience.
