Put me on hold for 15 minutes with mo explanation. I said why I was calling and auto got put on hold. Tried to wait it out, couldn't and tried again to instead have it ring for 12 minutes. Why even have open hours on certain days if you're not going to interact with customers?
All I wanted was info on a package they keep shuffling from city to city. I called because at 5am it arrived in my city....then they sent it to a city and hour away. Second time with THIS package to have it arrive within 15 minutes of my house only to be sent an hour away

Really helpful and kind staff. They made sure I had everything I needed to get my passport expedited for renewal. Appreciate this post office!

The attitude of some of the women that work the front desk here is gross. I think the word "sorry" isn't even in their vocabulary, even if USPS messed something up. They're rude and lazy and they make you feel like you're inconveniencing them if you ask a question - so disappointing.

I never want to give them any star they make late my package more then 3 days and first they show ill get my package on Wednesday 11 then they say ill get it on Thursday 4 pm then they say ill get on 7 then they say ill get it on 9 in night and in night they apologize they cant deliver my package because they will deliver in next business day and we i track my Parcel i can’t track it then i go to office they say ill get it in 1 hours and sir its not the problem for them its not the problem because its my important stuff not them im really really really disappointed this is 3rd time happening with me

I don’t leave reviews, like, ever. The lady working today, 7/22/24, who is the same lady that happens to always be working is the worst, most rude person I’ve ever dealt with in my 20+ years of going to the post office. I’ve worked retail 15 of those years, and never have I ever treated anybody with the type of classless, distasteful manner that I was treated with today, and quite frankly every single time I visit this location. I will be driving further out of my way to find a USPS location where I’m not belittled or demeaned.

On 4/26/2024 I called about setting up a time for a Passport appointment at 3:50pm no one answered after waiting for 3 minutes of ringing before it cut off. I called back a second time, someone answered, told them I called about scheduling a time because the website does not work, to which she wanted to know what was the error message, which was "initializing do not reload" and then it never goes anywhere. She then said we don't take appointments over the phone. I hung up. #nothelpful

Tried getting my passport here and they said they don't do them anymore. Wasted PTO trying to get it. There was no call or anything stating that they don't do them anymore. Place is garbage.

Carriers are nice and friendly and staff at location are friendly. However, parking is almost always full even though the Post Office itself is not busy inside.

Lady working the front counter seems to go out of her way to be rude and scold ppl just trying to get stamps and mail boxes. I feel sorry for you, walking around so miserable at your young age.

This is my favorite USPS location to go to. I love chatting with the staff, it always brightens my day to see them! I sell some stuff on eBay every now and then so I go pretty regularly. Even when the line is long I'll wait so I can say hi instead of just using the drop-off area. 10/10 ship your packages here.
