Carriers are nice and friendly and staff at location are friendly. However, parking is almost always full even though the Post Office itself is not busy inside.

Lady working the front counter seems to go out of her way to be rude and scold ppl just trying to get stamps and mail boxes. I feel sorry for you, walking around so miserable at your young age.

This is my favorite USPS location to go to. I love chatting with the staff, it always brightens my day to see them! I sell some stuff on eBay every now and then so I go pretty regularly. Even when the line is long I'll wait so I can say hi instead of just using the drop-off area. 10/10 ship your packages here.

worst post office around one day mail comes a 11 next 3 to 4 days 5 or 6 o'clock there is no excuse for this if not poor management.

If you have literally any postal needs go to ANY post office but this one. They specialize in rudeness, misinformation, and bad attitudes. Even when they have their supervisor on the phone you’ll be dismissed without aid or the correct information. They will refuse to look at the federal website information and will insist they are the correct ones. The attendant even tried to tell me I should have done this within a year and I had to explain that since October 2022 a full year has not past since it is not yet October 2023. Save yourself your sanity and spare yourself the disrespect.

Insurance fraud. This location held an item that was damaged by USPS "for inspection". This is a lie, and not part of the insurance claim process. They left my package on a shelf and never contacted me

This is still my favorite post office to go. Staff are always friendly and helpful. I feel like I never have to wait very long. I think the parking lot throws some people off since it is a shared lot. Even this morning when I pulled up, I thought ooh I bet it will be busy but just a couple people ahead of me and one person waiting behind me. I don't have much of a need to go to the post office but when I do, I prefer the this Bay View location.

PASSPORT: Even though the official government website says that you can get passports here, you cannot. I scheduled a time in which to process my passport at this location over a week ago. The morning of my appointment they called and said there isn't anyone there that can handle passports that I need to go to some other post office. Why does the website say otherwise? Why wait until the morning of my appointment to call me? ? I'm tired of incompetence being the norm.

I stopped by this out of the way, tiny post office to send a package. The two women postal clerks were helpful, knowledgeable, and charming. It was a pleasure being at a US Post Office. I haven’t tolerated, let alone enjoyed, a post office since 2005.

I ship eBay sales via this branch. No issues. Also have a PO Box. Mostly no issues. Once they put checks in my box and I couldn't get it out due to rigid packaging. It should have been put in another box with key -1 star. I had to make a visit during retail hours to get this mail.I also had shenanigans happen - someone at the branch saw that I had both a PO Box and local mailing address, decided to mark my local mailing address as undeliverable. This went on for some time. Apparently somebody thought they messed up because a mail carrier stopped by my residence to confirm what I actually wanted. -1 for making any changes to the deliverability of my addresses without first consulting with me. Major kudos to the carrier who used their common sense to realize maybe just maybe they ought to involve their customers in decisions that involve their mailing addresses.Bottom line they're overworked and underfunded. Be respectful.
