Drove kind of far to find out this site is suspiciously closed at 7 when it says they’re open til 8 on a Saturday. Couldn’t spent this 40 min drive with my daughter on my day off.

Got there at 6pm on Saturday to mail a package and 3 cars pulled in behind me and they were closed already. Online and the door shows open till 8pm.

MKE Airport location is supposed to be open until 8pm on Saturdays. I (& 8 more cars) went up to the door at 7pm & it was already closed. Business owners depend upon that. USPS you are better than that. I hope it’s open full hours tomorrow.

I called to ask if they had stamp books or rolls available and the guy was annoyed and rude since he answered the call. He was annoyed I called to ask because he said all post offices had them but I said that the one by my house didn’t and he said I didn’t know how to ask because they all have them I then said they said they ran out and he said okay bye and hung up. I just wanted to make sure they had stamps before I drove further out. Very disappointing service.

I only visit this location when it is my only option available. I recognize that most civilized individuals are understandably terrified by the prospect of having to visit this location, and I am no exception. Today I encountered a very rude and vulgar person, who demonstrated a level of hatred while dealing with me, that was completely unwarranted. When I asked her for her name, she said "nah, you ain't gotta know dat". For as long as I can remember, this branch almost exclusively hires illiterate simpletons, that look to impose their misery upon the USPS customers. If you only hire those that hate themselves, you are willingly subjecting your customers to undeserved abuse.

I would give 5 stars if they were open until 10/8pm as usual; as they are suppose to be according to their hours. I arrived with more than an hour until close and they were already gone for the day, others told me this has been happening for a couple weeks. This is usually a super convenient location for us business hours considering the late hours but now they’re not even open until then with no explanation.
I honestly would only typically recommend this location if you need to because of the hours (but they seem to not be open those hours anyway)

ALWAYS CLOSES EARLY...EVEN THOUGH HOURS POSTED ON DOOR AND WEBSITE SAYS OPEN UNTIL 10PM MONDAY-FRIDAY. AND UNTIL 8PM ON SATURDAYS. I would suggest employees put in for a transfer if they have an issue working their entire shift. Doors have been closed prior to "close" too many times to count. Huge inconvenience for business owners and those that travel specifically to this location for their late hours. Please fix this issue, a lot of reviews say the same thing.

I run a business & rely on this location since it's open until 10pm most nights & fits great in my work schedule, but unfortunately there have been three occurances where my husband & I would come here & they're closed early or closed all together due to being short staffed with a sign on their door. The staff themselves are always nice & do their job well, but the management needs to make sure they have enough employees because it's getting pretty ridiculous.
