Horrible location. My mail was being held for a week during a snow storm when the city plowed the snow in front of my mailbox and it turned to ice. I was instructed by the manager at the post office that I have to remove a 3 ft ice bank for the mailman to reach his arm out of the window to place my mail in my box which was totally accessible. I also just got a notice stating that my mail will be held because of the fact that someone elses trash cans are in front of my mailbox. I asked to speak to a manager and she was just as rude.

I stumbled in and had no idea what I was doing. The person at the front desk couldn't have been more helpful. Fast and efficient 10/10 service.

You can always tell when a person doesn’t like their job but stays for whatever reason. I’m fine with that attitude but do not be nice to another and rude to the other. People always say “I don’t see color” but then you’re intentionally showing rudeness to someone but not to another and the only difference is melanin …Do better!

Michelle was great! I had a wrong address on the package & she updated it for me and was sent to correct address the next day! Even called and left me a voicemail with updates. Was greatly appreciated!

Really bad experience here as they lost the package I had sent.. this was a very expensive box and the guy there didn’t help when I went to check where it went.. there should be cameras for them to run and be able to check what happened to the box. I told him what should I do and his response was just wait for it appear. People need to veld accountable for mistakes like these.

The queue was long and only a guy was working at the counters by himself. I think the other people were working inside the facility. Someone should have come forward and helped the guy.

When I needed to mail something to a friend the staff helped me do just that, as I never mail anything I was clueless on how to do it, but they worked step by step with me to get it delivered to her. Very helpful. Will be going here again if I need to mail something via USPS.
