Mail left on step and not put in mailbox . It was stolen. I have it on camera. Can't get a hold of anyone to complain. Not even the phone number works. Mail carrier needs to be fired. 21st and Mitchell st. Milwaukee. West Milwaukee post office handles my mail.

Took my tax in to be weighed and sent off. I also paid extra to have certified so they would have tracking numbers. The federal made it to Kansas City but the state is still in West Milwaukee.

Beware of this location, don’t bringing your packages to this location they stole or lost my package I don’t know what they did with it and when I called to claim that my package was lost they gave me so many stupid excuses and never recover my package, I even tried to speak to the manager of this location and he didn’t even care, they lied so many times about what could’ve happened to my package, I lost about 600 hundred dollars which was the value of my package and they were not responsible for any of it

Showed up at 4:53 when they close at five, all I had to do was drop off a package. I didn't need any help and the doors were already locked and now I won't get my package off on time

This location is full of LAZY ass workers called ahead about a package was told i could go pick it up get there and without even taking any information the lady turned me away saying they can't do that mind you didn't even ask for my info or anything so why was i told i could go pickup it up just to be turned away they need to hire new people there seriously!

There is a line out the door. One person is looking for a package the other person is looking lost putting stamp on an envelope so only 1 window open! This is insane & why only 1 person working like the the hell! Smh..

Have been inquiring about a package that I sent that went missing because no one from this building, from downtown Milwaukee center, has scanned the item I sent. In speaking with the CSM he was EXTREMELY rude, continuously cit me off while trying to explain what the cs call center told me to do, refused to view daily scan report that the US postal service that called me, advised us to do, and was in more of a rush to get rid of me than to actually help. This location messed up BAD, yet won't take accountability. Will NOT be returning

Kay and the other young lady working today on 07/12/2024 were wonderful! Kay was very polite and was able to take me in for my passport appointment one week ahead of my schedule appointment. Very knowledgeable and efficient as well!
