I completely understand all the bad reviews for the last minute closings at random times during the day. That's happened to me, too. So they get a star knocked off for not being able to manage staffing levels. But the staff that work at the counter are really amazing. Be a regular customer there and they will know you. I have a PO Box there and they grab my packages for me to pick up when they see me come in the door so I don't have to wait if there's a line. I had a big mail shipment that didn't have quite the right postage on it and they noticed before it went out and called me so I could come in and fix it. They really are great to their customers.

I went to this location Friday April 25 around 14:00 hours they were closed. I just went again today Monday April 28 at 14:30 they were closed, but you could hear the employees in the back talking and joking around. As an Army Veteran I find it deplorable that the government employs such incompetent people what a waste of space.

They frequently put a sign on the door that says "closed". Just dont bother coming to this one.

What ever you do dont ask diedra for assistance. She is rude as h e double hockey sticks. I didnt want to leave my mail there i was affraid she'd sabotage it she was so hostile. Dumb too. No wonder my certified package didnt make it to tis destination.

I swear they hire illiterates to work at this location. I just had ANOTHER package get delivered to the wrong address, I hate that I need to rely on this people to deliver my mail because they are completely unreliable and unaccountable for their numerous mistakes

There literally the worst postal service every-time I’m suppose to receive a package from them something goes wrong , had a package for pickup and they literally couldn’t find it because it was being dropped off and the other package is currently being sent back to god knows where because of an insufficient address that probably could’ve been avoided if would’ve let me know ahead of time or didn’t drop off packages so late 10:06pm to receive a package is kind of crazy. WORST SERVICE

absolutely hate this location, try my best to avoid it at all costs but sometimes it’s inconvenient to drive out to the non rude location. something’s really wrong with customer service when the customer is the one saying thank you have a good day and the “employee” doesn’t even bother to say it back ?
