Was so happy when I moved to be close to the post office. Only Milwaukee post offices routinely close during their open hours. This place closes for more than an hour for lunch ( handwritten sign said they’d be back from lunch at a time that was already past 30min overdue. There’s NOWHERE to drop your packages that are already labels and ready to go. The ONLY option is to hand them directly to the person behind the counter. Milwaukee post offices are a major disappointment and making the whole postal system look bad. I’ve never had so many problems when I lived in Illinois in the city or suburbs. It’s racist and classist to not even have drop boxes available for those of us who print labels at home, or even honor the given operating hours. Rude and a waste of time for many people with none to spare.

Some of the time I'm getting mail rapidly then it'll be times where I'm just not getting any mail & I'm like what's going on like yesterday (3-31-23) it says they tried to deliver a package to to my building but they had no access I thought that they have Fobs to these apartment complex to get in after hours so now I didn't receive my package & now I have to wait & see when they deliver again very upset. It just happened again today (4-1-23) they said No access to the building this makes no sense to me

Most of the employees are very helpful, and friendly. I've never regretted going to this location. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the one on Teutonia, and Center! That one needs either an entire new staff, or just shut down period!

I wish this place had a drop box for packages inside... Other than that Trina makes the experience of going to the post office more enjoyable, Great job Trina!

This is my go to branch. They are only blocks away from me. And they always give me great service. My customers always say how fast they get their packages. Trina and Sharon always take care of me.

The substitute carrier (working in place of the regular carrier), and the branch supervisor (??) I had spoken with by phone, made sure that I received my mail order prescription delivery that had been undeliverable earlier due to not having access to the building I live in.**** Customer Service above and beyond expectation****

Poor service period.They deliver my mail to wrong address and deliver the wrong mail to my address.They scan items as delivered but never deliver them. Usually when I call, I get nowhere. They can't be trusted.Defund the post office period
